I've been going to this gym for three months now since I moved here to El Paso - it's sort of an odd location being attached to a mall, but the place is HUGE! They have a free weight section, a lifting machine section, an area with a bunch of TRX stuff, lots of CrossFit type things (jump boxes, wall balls, rowers, assault bikes), lots of treadmills, and an area with turf. They also do classes although I personally have never taken any, other than cycling. It was a decent class with brand new spin bikes. It's a brand new facility from my understanding, so everything is working and is clean. The locker rooms are always clean, and they have a working sauna now that Covid restrictions have eased. My kids love the child care (which comes at no extra cost), and they ladies there love on my kids and remember them always! They have child care from 8-1 and 4-8 on Monday thru Friday and 8-12 on saturdays! read more

I would stay VERY FAR away from this place. The policies regarding memberships is essentially a scam engineered to farm $$$ from people who accidentally walk in and sign up expecting a business run by professional people. There are so many better gyms in the city you could join that wont attempt to shake you down if/when you decide to leave. This is by far the most poorly run gym in El Paso. I've had two membership agreements with them. The first one was before I moved away from El Paso in 2021 and they basically held me hostage without wanting to cancel my account back then too. My experience in 2023/2024 sadly is not new, it's a continuation of the same thing I experienced in 2021. Fast forward three years later, I was convinced to give the gym another shot while I was home for the Thanksgiving holiday. I was told $1 for the first month, $36 for the second, and my account would be auto-cancelled. My card was being declined and I didn't know so instead of canceling my account they kept racking up charges. I've paid this gym $158.74 to work out for 4 days at the end of November. I will say the staff can be really friendly but at times unprofessional. Unfortunately they are also tasked with enforcing these business policies that I would expect from an overseas company who operates with the sole purpose of scamming people. Will be on the hunt for a reputable establishment I can join on a short term basis for my future visits back home to El Paso. read more

Horrible experience! They cancelled my trainer contract then restored it after a long fight but only gave me two sessions from the 8 I had left. And they are not cheap. The trainer I had was great. Corporate is horrible, all they want is your money and don't care about fixing issues that I constantly had, including over charges back in November. My husband and I ended up getting a membership here due to its close location to our home. The gym is beautiful interiorly, it is two stories and has several machines to workout on. On the second floor you will find the boxing classes, zumba classes, boxing, cycling and other classes. These are usually included if you upgrade your membership. They offer three types of membership, one with the solo gym included, the second has the gym and classes included and the third one has all the previously mentioned plus some personal training classes. The gym is always clean, and I like the fact that there is a separate small women's gym. This is where I spent most of my time at and has everything I needed. The reason I am giving this location three stars is because of the service. The service is terrible, the front staff will not greet or acknowledge you after you have signed up. They ignore you when you have questions, always on their phones..its so unnerving. In addition, good luck trying to cancel. They will make it extremely difficult for you to cancel your membership. So make sure you read between the fine lines when signing up and ask the proper questions. read more

Do not get a membership here! Joined in May 2020 before the gym first opened. I serve in the ARMY and when I received orders to leave El Paso I talked to the membership rep QUINTON on three separate occasions about the cancellation of my membership AFTER I had provided him with my orders. He assured me each time that it was taken care of and I would not be charged for myself or my wife since were leaving due to military transfer. Fast forward to April May and now June we have been charged. I even called back in May and talked to a new manager named ROCKY who told me to email the orders because the old manager he had replaced never turned in any of the request for cancellation of memberships and that's why he had been fired. The staff at this gym is extremely unprofessional. They could care less about any concern you have from the point you sign the membership contract. Because they know how impossible it is to cancel the contract they have no incentive to give even a shred of good customer service. The house keeping is so poor. It's disgusting and unlike anything I've ever seen in a gym. The cardio equipment area looks nice until you realize every other machine is either broken or off for some reason. How long has the Air been out for? We have been members for two months now and I know it's been out longer than that. I don't quite understand it... Their customer service is poor, they don't inform their customers about updates on the AC or anything such as classes. I've seen their trainers eating in the classes (boxing), my wife was injured because their trainers failed to give instructions in the class. I know, we should know how the equipment works, but when the trainers are disengaged and flirting with each other it just makes it that much worse. Their cycling class and cycling trainers are the only bright spots I've found so far at the gym. read more

If you're thinking about giving this gym the benefit of the doubt DONT. Initially the AC was not working and that had its own issues. Now there's issues staffing the daycare. For the parents who utilize this source so that they can work out it is not reliable. The staff is absolute trash. They will tell you to wait because they are on their phones or personal phone calls. The one thing they are good at is talking nonsense as quick as possible to try and get rid of you asking questions for information on issues. I will never understand why this seems to be trend in gyms. Horrible staff, and you do not get what is offered in your membership. worst gym i've ever signed up for, was pressured to pay 75$ for a trainer every 2 weeks. literally sat down with a worker for an hour trying to push me to pay for a trainer. i only said yes because he said the 75$ was a one time fee and after that it would be 30$ (which was NOT true), after being pressured to join the trainer membership within 6-8 months i had a total of 4 trainers every time one of them would quit it would take them weeks or even months to get me a new trainer. Management didn't even care to just reach out to me and say that they had quit, i had to ask the trainer themselves why they weren't answering me anymore. When i told them to just cancel my membership cause i didn't wanna pay 75$ for not having a trainer they repeatedly said their manager would contact me, but they would never contact me. This went on for months; paying 75$ for no trainer, such a waste of money. If there was a zero star option i would so give it a zero star rating. not to mention the constant broken restrooms and missing equipment, so unprofessional. trufit owes me weeks on top of weeks worth of money for all the money wasted. read more
