    Wells Fargo will not help you when someone has stolen your identity. They employ people who read…read morefrom a script. Talk over you hoping you just give up. If you are a senior like me this is their main prey. Stay away and go to a local bank you can talk to a Human with a brain not reading off script. I am 2 months into a dispute from fraudulent charges. The bank Syncroncity is actually the Ukraine national federal bank with no physical address. They have been fraudulently catching my ach account on behalf of Harbor freight for over a year and Wells Fargo can't explain or put a human on the phone who will help. They have made me wait 3 ten business days only to come back with my name is on the account so denied. They don't know the term identity fraud. strongly suggest everyone stay as far away from Wells Fargo as they can. Go to a local bank like Conway national where a human will speak to you. Seniors like me beware they are horrible.

Pay yourself - not the bank! The wait was pretty long with no real way of telling who was next. They should work on that. The customers shouldn't be left to deal with "hey were you here before me? Am I next; or are you?" Pretty confusing and can lead to arguments. Not good in a bank. The good thing is that they offer several Spanish speaking personnel for those who know limited English. But that creates more confusion with the wait line. Several employees were asking who's next and are you waiting on a translator and we were all confused on who should be helped. They should invest in a number ticket system.

The initial reason for the visit (opening a Roth IRA account) is on me, as I didn't schedule an appointment days in advance. I was told by a representative on the phone that there were two IRA specialists available here, and that I could be seen within the hour. This turned out to be false, I don't hold that against the North Charleston location. However, the lady working the front podium relayed this information very poorly. She was very rude, and was even conversing with another person, while she was supposed to be assisting me. When I tried to walk away (because her attention was on someone else, when it should've been on me), she called me back, and spoke to me like I was an idiot. So, I was given false information by the representative, and then I was treated like I was dumb by the individual on site in North Charleston. Again, this is very unlike Navy Federal generally speaking. I was very surprised, and disappointed today.
