I've been in the branch multiple times, have been told multiple different things like "the check was sent on the 17th" or "the check was never sent at all". I never got my debit card from them, and customer service is basically useless without a card number handy. They have done absolutely nothing to find a resolution to this serious issue. I'm at my wits end and not having the personality to go full Karen is driving me insane. I don't know what I have to do just to get my damn money from them. Pt.2 Why can't Chase cancel my check and just hand me money if the check hasn't even been sent yet almost 2 months later? I went in last week with a piece of mail to verify my address like they told me to, but the woman working that day told me the check had already been sent so I didn't need it even though the week prior a different woman told me that it hadn't been sent. Then today, the man I spoke to with the number that the chase fb bot gave me after my last chase post, told me I need to go in and verify my address again! But I don't understand why it is so difficult to cancel a check and just hand me the cash to save everybody some trouble. After 30 minutes and a headache, she sent us an email to access some documents... ..the pass code didn't work. I had to wait for the one banker on duty and sat for over an hour for a transaction that took less than 5 minutes. Don't understand why teller couldn't just exchange my money.
