This location is great. It has exit/entry by a light so it's easy to get in and out. I seem to…read morealways get the same teller. It's a good thing. She's sweet, fast and is always on point. Often I have the kids I nanny with me because they want to get a sucker, a "treat". That is weird to type out, but that's what we call them, suckers. Our teller is cool, she always picks out the kids favorite flavors for them :) There never seems to be a line here and if there is it goes quickly. They have a security guard outside all the time and he looks like a bodyguard.

Slow to load and set up in a calendar system...yes, a calendar system. Maybe the people of PNC need to consult a calender to know how much money they have, but that's completely counter intuitive to anyone with a working brain. Oh and they don't deal with pesky nomenclature like "Checking" and "Savings," as used by the entire financial system for decades. Instead I had a "Virtual Wallet," and three different places I had to check for my balance to know where my account stood. This is the sad attempt at PNC Marketing to be edgy and cool, and as a marketer myself it's embarrassing. I don't need a virtual wallet or a piggy bank gif when I'm checking my balance. I just want to see, ya know, my balance. So I am happily taking my money over to Wells Fargo.
