They gave me a print out with the top left and right side of the page cutoff. The W and E on the left side of Wells Fargo was not visible. It showed as lls Fargo and the pages 1 or 2 on the right side showed 1 of. I spoke with 3 different people and wasted and hour of my time. All they can say is this is the only way we can print it. One of the bankers named Julie was straight up rude. She kept saying SIR this is above my pay grade and didn't even try to help. Victoria and Phyllis tried but kept printing the same thing. How can a huge establishment not be able to print documents with the bank name on it? I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone and quite honestly am closing my account and going to another bank.

I told them it wasn't and I explained that to the agent that and he told me that all I had to do was tell them that I paid for the conversion at the dealership for the bunk beds. After it was turned down I spoke to two people and both of them refused to let me speak to their supervisor and they both told me that they didn't care what the other agent said they weren't going to make it right and that they wouldn't have me transferred to anyone else!! However those machines are long gone yet I still find myself here from time to time. My visit bought me into the bank and needless to say, after a long tine away nothing has changed. I needed to speak with a human, to do find human banking, which they support and promote and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! My wait to speak with him was minimal, which is a plus. Once I was able to speak with him he was able to pinpoint the issues and detail the steps needed to help me get the resolution I was looking for. Even though he was limited in scope he was able to let me know where exactly to pick up at on Monday, which I appreciated. The location is always clean so you never feel like you are banking dirty. Open 7 days a week with later hours on select days I see why they call themselves America's most convenient bank. One of the best things scout there ATM's is if you come after hours you have to use your card to get in the door to even access the ATM. No card no entry. That extra level of protection is definitely a super duper plus! Oh yea, if you still want your lollipop from the bank for old times sake, they are always on the sides of the teller counter and they are all green! Well played TD bank, well played!

So I looked the place up online and found out yet again, there's really no branches anywhere, except for one! I thought to myself- This is perfect! I called first before I came to ye branch in Tyson's Corner. Get this- the person who I spoke with is the same person who is helping me setup the account some three hours later. Over all when they finally got the form right i had apply for 15k cridet card where they confirmed verbally in my visits that i was approved for it. And when they finally opened the cridet card it was 5k only and 17.99% interest which they never contacted me about or notify me. The card was useless for me and i had to close it right away. They missed up my cridet score. Its very easy for me to say none of they know what they are doing.
