UPDATED REVIEW: I initially gave Regnum Auto Motors in…read moreManassas VA, a 5 star review ... I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

Ok, so here is the update... they did fix the lights; turns out there was short caused by someone…read moreleaving the trunk open in the rain which is apparently why there was about a foot of water in the wheel well in the trunk. They did not however ever fill up the gas tank. So we took delivery of a vehicle with no gas... even after getting it fixed when they could have taken it next door and filled up they didn't. The tire sensor appears to have gone out according my BF - I guess when they fixed the short, it fixed that as well... The dealer kept hassling me for a binder and I told them that when we got the car back and were confident that we were going to keep it, I would provide them with the binder but that there was no need to add it to my insurance if we weren't going to keep it. Another thing that came up... a major accident repair was not disclosed to us upon purchase, nor did it appear in the Auto Check report (recall that's what we got when we asked for the Car Fax). But, apparently my insurance agent, while adding it to my policy found that there had been a major repair for body work costing over 9K. That was hard to believe considering that is half the worth of the vehicle (new ones NOW sell for 18K base) - I thought if a repair cost that much that they would just total a vehicle. Anyway, the failure to disclose does not sit well with me, but again, it is the BF's car; asked if he still wanted it and he said yea... so, we still have it... I would have turned it back over tot he dealer and gone and gotten the other one of which I spoke in Arlington. Although I said I might bump up the star rating, because of the failure to disclose the major repair and car history I have to keep it here. Am actually tempted to drop it, but, they were prompt in repairing the lights and the little guy who did it actually seemed quite good. So there is the update... bottom line is buyer beware; but that's really applicable I think to ANYONE when dealing with auto dealers. If I had to do anything different, knowing now what I know, anytime I go to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling my insurance agent first since they have no vested interest in the transaction and in this case, found what apparently the dealer and Auto Check couldn't. There you have it folks. Cheers @

Extremely Disappointed - Beware…read more I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. I was sold a vehicle that the dealership later asked me to return because they didn't have the title and were unable to register it with the MVA. I was told by both the salesperson and the manager that I would be refunded my original deposit which I paid 2k and the monthly payment I had already made . Been paying it for 4 month of $688 They then had me purchase another vehicle, which required me to pay an additional $650 deposit. Since then, I have been trying to get confirmation on how and when my refund will be processed. Every time I call, no one gives me an answer. Even worse, whenever I ask to speak with the manager, the call gets disconnected. Whether they're hanging up intentionally or not, it's incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should not disappear the moment there's a problem. Simply wants to get a confirmation I hope the dealership addresses this issue and contacts me immediately to resolve my refund. But will push this matter

Left the transaction feeling ripped off and skeeved out. The sales rep used obnoxious, performative…read moresales tactics to apply pressure and took advantage of me. Don't get pre-inspection from their recommended "precision tune" shop - they conveniently "missed" serious problems that I'm now stuck with. Maximum Auto Dealership is inaccurate, incongruous and an untruthful car dealership. My friend and…read morehis wife, as well as I, have had nothing but terrible experiences from them, and the car that we bought there was not only a lemon, but in terrible condition, requiring repairs that will cost almost as much as they paid to buy the car. I've included the details below, and a picture of the estimate for those interested. Just be careful, bring the car to a mechanic YOU trust, and ultimately, I recommend you DON'T buy from them. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY and Unresponsive. I'll be happy to share texts, emails and other times that I've reached out to try and get them to help with the car. On January 10th, my friend and his wife bought a used Landrover Discovery, and once buying the car, signing up for an extended warranty, and being assured that the car was in good working order, they drove from Manassas to my store in Winchester, VA. Sheryl went to take one of our clientele to a local restaurant to get dinner, and upon getting back in the car and starting it back up, the car would not switch from Drive to Reverse. The Discovery had to be stopped, put in park, turned off completely and then turned back on again. This happened when she drove the ¼ mile back to the store as well. they immediately called the dealership and talked with our Sales Person, Jonathan, and he stated he would speak to the general manager. After several days, and several attempts to reach either the sales manager, or Jonathan, they finally agreed to have the car towed back to the dealership and take a look at it. After approximately a week they were called and told that the Land Rover was fine, and that they thoroughly tested the vehicle and could find nothing wrong with it. they went and got the vehicle back and drove home. they had it back for about a week and a half before the car started acting up again with error messages and driving hard. they left the car sit for about a week while they tried to get in contact with Anyone at the dealership with no luck. Sheryl and I finally took the car to a local mechanic that we know who refused to touch it do to all the error messages the car was coming back with when he tested the system. He immediately advised me to take it to a Land Rover dealership. Sheryl and I, again reached back out to your dealership with no response. Finally, they had the car towed to a Land Rover dealership.. After they took a look at the car, they came back with an estimate of over $9,000.00 for a vehicle that they paid $13,900.00 for. They stated that the fuel injectors were bad, the car was seriously leaking oil in various parts of the engine as well as other various issues. I have included the dealership's estimate for everything that is wrong with the car. The dealership even told me I should fight Maximum Auto, and their own tow truck company told me that what they did was wrong.

Then proceeded to ask my husband to pay the tow bill. Of course we declined, then asked us to split the cost with him!!!! Mind you, I did not have the car even 24 hours and it was messing up. It was determined by a certified Ford dealership, that the wrong transmission fluid was put into the AWD vehicle, they advertised as having a new transmission. Long story short-over a year later, I took them to court and they were found guilty/negligent. To top it off they couldn't even send a reliable tow truck to pick up the cursed vehicle. "Matilda" used car salesman!! I'll say it again, Buyer Beware!

Shady used car dealership!!! Terrible customer service and communication!…read more I reside in West Virginia and drove to manassas to purchase a truck as a Christmas gift. The owner never communicated that the truck was unavailable due to it being in the shop for smoke coming out of the exhaust. The owner was insistent that he wanted to have the issue fixed because he's "a nice guy who wanted to sell us a good vehicle." Finally after days of many unanswered phone calls, the truck was available to be picked up. Only a few days later, there was smoke coming out of the exhaust again (accompanied by many other issues, some safety related. ) Again, after me having to pester the owner for weeks, I was able to set up an appointment for them to fix the issue. I was told I would be able to have a car loaned to me for the duration of time mine would be getting fixed. This afternoon I went to drop off my truck and the owner absolutely refused to help me in any way. He also knew I had no other form of transportation. He suggested I take an Uber..... from manassas to WEST VIRGINIA!!!!! I reminded him several times that we already agreed upon him letting me use another car, and he continued to make excuses. To top it off, his employee told me there was tags there that could have been used for me to take a loaner car. I begged for his help and was not rude or disrespectful at all. As soon as he got my money, he wanted nothing to do with me. He said what was wrong with the truck was not his problem anymore. This is supposed to be a reputable TrueCar dealer. To anyone looking for a good used vehicle, with an owner who will not lie to you and manipulate you, go ANYWHERE else but here. He is a liar and he does not care about his customers. Just his money.
