I am not the cleanest person to be honest. I have wooden flooring in my apartment. I am used to carpeted flooring so I didn't bother cleaning wooden floors. I am a very busy person so I do not get time to clean my apartment. So one day I decided to get someone to clean my apartment. I needed some trustworthy source also an affordable one. I asked my co workers if they knew any maids. One of them suggested divinemaids.com as they used it before. I originally contacted divinemaids.com but they weren't able to accommodate a weekend appointment for being booked for the holidays already but they were kind enough to recommend Maid Division. Seth the manager told me they had suffered a same day cancellation so they could accommodate my last minute cleaning. I was so happy hearing that. They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. Also they suggested me some good household chemicals to prevent mold. I definitely recommend this place for your cleaning needs. They will give you a very good service for a great price. She was supposed to clean our floors, bathroom, & kitchen (my friend recommended her until the couch ordeal but we had already hired her). She proceeds to bring the world's oldest wretched vacuum cleaner and turns it on and there is quite literally a cloud of dust coming out of it. When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ). When we called her out She swore at my husband over text messages for multiple days on end. If you want a pee smelling kitchen Cozy's is your place! Sad to see a fellow POC business owner damage the community in an area we already struggle in. Do better.

I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.

On top of the ludicrous price, the deep clean they sold me was unfulfilled with many things left unchanged. I called to settle the matter of price and was refunded $400. These people are not to be trusted.
