So excited to have another Trulieve location in the area. I'm hoping that this will relieve some of the pressure on the other Jacksonville stores as they stay very busy! The medical cannabis world is booming and Trulieve is certainly leading the way with location #74 opening right here in the Baymeadows neighborhood. The first thing I noticed about this new location was it's spaciousness. The lobby and waiting room are nice and open with plenty of seating and this theme continues throughout. There is a patient consultation room and a restroom available. Parking was a bit tight but this was expected on grand opening day... There are spaces out front as well as additional parking in the lot out back. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful today during the grand opening and everything ran very smoothly. Saw some familiar faces from the other Trulieve locations in town and it was nice to be recognized by the staff! I am so glad to have made it by today because they definitely hooked me up with tons of free swag (hats, shirts, stickers, etc) and the guys from Sunshine Cannabis were also set up outside talking about their products! It was nice to chat with them. As for the medicine today they had a great selection. I was able to pick up everything I needed and then some extra goodies thanks to the 25% off discount they offered for the grand opening. Trulieve has recently expanded their menus to include edibles like brownies, chocolate chip cookies, gummies & even more which were available at this location today. There certainly is a type of relief for every patients needs these days! If you're a regular at any of the Trulieve locations (or other dispensaries) in the Jacksonville area I definitely recommend checking this one out sometime if it's convenient for you! It's the wait & the process of how the waitlist is handled, in particular for pickup vs walk in. The explanation behind it still leaves room for plenty of adjustments to quicken the process. The staff is helpful but the speed and wait process can easily be improved to offer an even better experience and more repeat business. read more

Had to wait an 1 hour and a half today and when I went to pay they couldn't use my prepay card. I got a ticket and came back a few hours later. Even with the ticket I had to wait another 45 minutes thanks for wasting my time. read more

The people who work here are generally nice but that's it. The website misleads you about THC%, so, you place an order only to discover it was all a lie. Just love this new location is closer to me by a few miles and a few less traffic jams (Lordy, I despise those!) but LOVE TRULIEVE! Great products, including the edibles; I have COPD so, I can't do flower, & vape with difficulty, so the edibles are a god send! TRULIEVE stands behind their carts if there is a malfunction, over the past 2.5 years, I've had to have a few carts replaced due to cracks in the glass, etc, and the staff has been very understanding. This is the worst trulieve in Jax. They're customer service is terrible and they're stock never rings up correctly. So they can have an item in stock but can't ring it up due to system error. I would advise anyone that wants Bud to go to the San Jose or beach location and not deal with low class service and employees that act like they just want to get high but don't want to do their jobs. In addition they get real sarcastic with customers when it's unnecessary I think everyone at this trulieve should be retrained, laid off or sent to other locations to learn how to value loyal clients read more

Agree with another user that the staff at this location just seem lazy, even though there is usually 6-8 employees behind the counter. They seem more interested in messing around and joking with each other rather than helping customers. Asking even simple questions can result in an eye roll. I asked what strains they had and it seemed like I had asked them to walk 50 miles for me. I have to ask because they don't have a list of what's available posted anywhere in the store. Overall, this place seems like a conveyer belt. Get you in, get you out as quick as possible. read more

OK my experience was terrible. I swore this place off for months. Try them once the other day. Not a good experience decided to try them again today. The parking lot was almost empty so I figured I could be in and out of there with no problem right wrong this place is so understaffed, and there was even a manager from another store there and I was telling her about how unhappy I was with trulieve and how I hadn't been there in a long time and I'm my mother's caregiver so we're talking like probably $600 worth a month of revenue so they're just gonna shut out the door because they can't get their stuff together. To add insult to injury she actually went before me after I complained about having to wait so long. She said I wasn't expressed I was expressed I put my order in yesterday. The guy tried to give me $10 off but she did which was nice but his coworker sat there, and was sniping nasty things under his breath to me with his mask on. read more

Ainsley is by far one of the nicest! She is very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice crew overall.

They charge you extra money and then tell you they will give you the change back then small talk for ten minutes and forget to give you your change. Then you try to get your money back and give you a run around on the phone when you try to get it back. This is the only dispensary in Florida that does this and it's a scam to make more money or something. read more

The staff at the store is great usually. Trulieve as a whole is terrible. Their website is wrong on a regular basis. It will tell you that something is in stock when it's not, the THC levels are often wrong, orders get restocked without a phone call or an explanation. Calling or web chatting with customer service does no good at all. On multiple occasions I have used the chat service to request an extension; the extension was approved; and my order was restocked. It's impossible to call the actual store location. Trulieve could care less about their customers. They treat mistakes like it's no big deal and never offer to make up for it with credit or discounts. Please, for the sake of your own sanity, don't order from Trulieve. read more

They have on 2 separate dates shorted my delivery order. When I alerted them they seemed to be aware of the issue and delivered a product other than what I ordered. I called and advised I didn't want a substitute; they said they would pick it up and refund the price. I have yet to hear from them again nor have they picked up the product. I have since then called customer service, which is an outsourced call center, who claims they keep sending messages to the local store which has not called me at all. I cannot find any way to contact the corporate office. If a real pharmacy did this I cant imagine their corporate office would be this disinterested. read more

It's a good place to get medicine but be prepared that even when you sign up for an express order which gives you a 15 min window to arrive there, they somehow always mess it up and either A. Forget or are unaware that you should be under express, or B. don't know how to put an order under express. I don't know or understand why it's always a problem but here again, I'm now sitting under the normal pick up line which has 10 people in it. So now my wait goes from 5 min or less to 20 min plus because of employee incompetence. It's really annoying. I've been stuck here for a half hour or more sometimes with only a few people in the lobby. So just be prepared that you will wait even when you're not supposed to be. I made this aware to the employee this time, they switched me to express, and now the 10 people on regular online pickup have been getting in before me lol. They have no idea what they are doing here somedays I feel and I'm stuck here wasting time, even though I took the steps to make this a fast pickup. Waste of time, but some of the best quality medicine. read more

This is the worst location compared to any of the ones that are in Jacksonville Every time I come here I feel like a stranger I'm not even welcome I understand that sometimes I might come in late but that doesn't seem to be a problem for the University and beach location or the main beaches location they work until the last person is Served and honestly I was in here and I know for a fact that these workers and bud tenders didn't even want to look I asked him a simple question if I could get the highest thc or If they happen to have any minis left because most of the time I get lucky and I catch minis on a Saturday or Friday at the beaches location and the University and beach location but for some reason I think people just want to be lazy and not even check so I was met with a no we don't and I'm pretty sure they didn't even look, especially with how I was received since I showed up right before close, never coming to this location again, trulieve should re-evaluate who they have running this location because customer service is still a thing but I guess this store didn't get the memo or possible weren't trained enough, I feel like I'm important at the other locations for the way they treat me, this location should take notes, what a shame read more
