I generally like Trulieve and their products. The staff here are great. However, I can't buy my preferred products at a decent price because they're never in stock. Normal prices are too high; I can't afford full price. And I prefer ground product but it's scarce. So I have to buy elsewhere. This is the best dispensary you will ever enter. You're greeted genuinely at the door. The service is exceptional. I asked many questions about the products and their differences and all of the staff I spoke to were well informed and truly very helpful. The staff is efficient, friendly and very patient. The wait time is amazingly minimal every time you go there. I would highly recommend this location. It's a 30 minute drive to this location for me and definitely worth the drive. read more

This is the absolute worst location out of all Trulieve! I have shopped with Trulieve since they opened and they just continue to go down hill. Yesterday was my final straw.. on line order picked up a few carts Alchemy, when I got to the car and opened packaging the carts are Trulieve carts not alchemy. Long story short and 3 1/2 hours later I got the total run around and this and that. Finally some how the girl sold me a additional cart and I payed more money. Got to the car and noticed I had 3 instead of two. Went back in and they would not give me the cash back only store credit. I just handed her the money and she made the mistake. They pasted me around to different associates and hours later got no where. The so called "shift lead" was so stoned and just muttered aha aha aha to me and said he was going to call the district owner to to ask permission to give me the refund for the cart that she charged me for that I didn't authorize to purchase. He (Jose) Came back 20 minutes later said sorry he said "no" state policy ( whatever that is) then said store policy as we cannot give back a cash refund. And in my eyes Trulieve is going downhill, they're swapping out carts or the employees are stealing stuff in the back and swapping stuff out you don't even know what you're getting. This is supposed to be a medical you don't go to the pharmacy and get a bag of medicine and it not be sealed from the pharmacist. That's how Trulieve has become needless to say what a big waste of money for a mix match of weed that only gives me anxiety. They can only tell you how it makes "them" feel. Not leafy description or any other or even scan the QR code to see the info on it for "medical" purposes. Then can't even speak to upper management, I was told I needed to come back to deal with this awful lazy, wasted staff. You can't call and he most likely will not call me back. I did leave my phone number my receipt number and my email just in case. I also have five receipts for the timestamp of the amount of time that I stood in the store the amount of mistakes that they made. They only caring, kind one was the front desk girl. I definitely will not be sending my business to Trulieve in the future and I would love to speak to a person in charge that capable of comprehending what the situation was at hand. This is not how you do business! Oh and the worthless soul I tried to deal with was Jose. The other employees tried to help and were nice they were just trying to figure out what Jose kept passing the buck on. Plus Jose made me was some more again while he was slowly doing his closing duties after I had been there for 3 hours. As I watched employees take 15 minute breaks to get stoned and even more confused. Absolutely absurd to do business this way. Also this is medical, not recreational and you got a bunch of kids that are in there who have no clue about any of the strands and what it will do to people when they take it. However the customer service I received over the phone on 9/25 was the worst ! Unpleasant and unprofessional. Since I have had my license I have used Truelieve as my main store. Great associates friendly but the ads for sales are more of a gimmick than real. Unless your the first folks in the door their sales a extremely limited. Even when shopping online I have seldom been able to get the sale items because they are always sold out. Once they get you in they just simply want you to buy their regular priced products. They just promoted a three day sale and halfway thru that sale they were sold out. I used to be willing to take the hit on sub par flower because trulieve is close to my house and the people were friendly. Lately that's all changed. The flower is the laughing stock of the industry lately. Dried out, small buds that you're being charged premium prices for. On top of that you can place an online order (half the time they don't have anything that's online in stock at their store) and wait 6-8 hours and the order is still not filled. On top of THAT their system of seeing people is clearly broken. I've been quoted waits of 2 hours, an hour and a half and 45 min- an hour all on orders I had placed online and was simply coming in to pick up. The staff is no longer even attempting to be friendly or accommodating. I've tried to make three purchases in the last week or so and I've walked out every time without making a transaction. Went to the dispensary @ 8:45 this is after I called several times to make sure the store was opened. No answer. I get there the door is locked. A guy comes to the door and tell me I can't come in because there closed I said well. Your stir says it closes at 9pm. He continues to yell at me out side and tell me he has patients in the lobby that has to be seen befor 9pm. Oh and by Florida law he dispense after 9pm. I said sir I understand that but I do know you have a team working back there and I'm sure you have time to take care of me. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm out of my medicine!!! Nope he continued to tell me it was okay for him to lock the doors before 9pm. Because he's the manager. I said well that's kinda false advertisement. I was getting no where. He was very unprofessional yelling at me when there are others in the lobby making feel as tho I was a criminal. If you know anything about multiple sclerosis you know that stress and arguing will put you in the hospital. I simply turned away and said thank you!! I'm never shopping here again. Every time I walk in there's some bs that occurs with one of the employees being condescending and rude. I had returned a RSO, getting me 50 dollars in store credit, no problem, right? The next time I walk in i'm helped by the same guy that took my store credit in, I had came in 2 days earlier. He tells me there's no store credit on my account, then says i used my store credit, which i didnt. It's almost like i know how to do their job better than them. I asked him if he could check my previous orders to see that i haven't gotten anything since that RSO. They make everything seem so difficult. He eventually said he "figured out" the issue and we went through using 30 of my store credit for an 8th of flower. Then he asked me to pay the 3 dollar fee for the bud which i didn't understand because i was using store credit. Always coming up with bullshit like" oh it's just the fee" whatever, i had to ask somebody for 3 dollars which they were kind enough to give to me, because i didn't expect to spend any money. I explained to him the situation and he said it didn't make sense either, either way i paid the 3 dollars in confusion. The next day i come in to the same guy and try using my store credit, to which he responds "there's no store credit you used it all" I go "no i used it on a 30 dollar 8th remember" No, that's not what happened. then i asked him about why he charged me 3 dollars on the system since i didn't use card and it was store credit, he has the audacity to tell me "Ohhhhh you spent 50 dollars on the 8th and you had 53 dollars in store credit that's why i charged you 3 dollars" , like what the fuck, you came up with that shit on the top of your head, you do hundreds of orders a day you really think i'm gonna forget how much i spent? Jesus christ. Then i proceeded to ask him to look through the cameras and tell him i gave him 3 dollars for that order which he gives me attitude saying" You really want to go through the cameras we're going back and forth over 3 dollars if you really want the 3 dollars i'll give you the 3 dollars" What a DICKHEAD. I respond "If that means i'm not lying then yeah" Which we never looked through the cameras. I understand it's only 3 dollars but they always pull scum shit like this. I almost overpaid for an order if it wasn't for my sister telling the cashier she messed up the discounts, that's happened at least 3 times. This will be the last time i go here, it's been about time. If you want to get treated right where they don't mess up your orders and give you great customer service go to Sunnyside i highly recommend, or any other dispensary for that matter. read more

I don't understand why they have so many negative reviews. I've had to wait no more than 20 mins each time. Most of the time I'm in and out pretty quick. Been to this location about 6+ times. This location has very knowledgeable budtenders and a friendly staff. Their return policy is great which allows me to try out different trupods to see which ones I like if I'm not satisfied. Overall a very positive experience so far. As you know most of the time when things go good people don't write reviews, but if something goes wrong then people are quick to write something negative. I have regularly used 3 different locations (OBT, Millenia, Clermont) and this Clermont location is by far the worst. Often forget to call when something is out of stock and just leaving your order in limbo until you call or go up in person. This last straw I placed my order mid-day the previous day, never received a call about anything, corporate said just to go up there. Went up there and still had to wait an hour and a half for my order. If I still choose to use trulieve (there's a lot of competing dispensaries these days) I'll be driving 30 minutes out of my way for Millenia. read more
