Their wait times are so incredibly long, and they never text you when your order is ready. Prepare to enter their facility and have zero chairs open for you to wait in since they're always packed/slow. Their prices compared to other dispensaries are INSANE as well. I definitely recommend this location. I order online and sign in via the texted link and I rarely wait more than 5 minutes. They almost always have what I want and if they don't that have a good selection of substitutions. All of the staff is great but just wanted to give an extra shout out to Isaac. Their products are the best but their service is terrible. I mean 1 star terrible. Last year I crushed my foot last year and couldn't drive and my delivery got messed up. I had to wait weeks (in pain) for someone to drive me. I had a stroke last month and can't drive and once again they screwed up my deliver. I called them in tears and they didn't care. I was supposed to call back but unsurprisingly they didn't. They do not care about their customers just about the money. Excellent that Trulieve has opened up a closer location!! Convenient, friendly, clean & well staffed. So many people walking around suffering with pain. This is a nice alternative to those pills that everyone is so used to taking that make you sick and often come with ugly side effects! Ok so I'll jump right into it: Medical marijuana is a good thing right? So you have to expect an occasional long wait. This means that they got something right! It's working! People are being helped. So on that note, you may have a wait: bring a book, play candy crush or listen to music. Parking is a smaller lot but I'm sure not the fault of the business. Find a time to arrive that works for you.... The staff is adorable! They seem to accommodate and help you out in just about every way! They work as a team and everyone is super nice. I have had multiple experiences with this location for a few friends. I have seen their results firsthand. If you are nervous or unsure on what to get and your doctor hasn't made a recommendation which I don't believe they do, ask them at Trulieve! I've seen them really take the extra time to go over each product until you feel comfortable & certain that is right for you. Lastly, I think this place is so clean!!! That's so important to me. Wow! They should teach some restaurants how it's done..... Good job! I was confused about ordering online & pick up so I asked a consultant when I was there. Here is basically what they said: ordering online will guarantee your product fulfillment but you will still have to wait in a queue (line). Trulieve Dania Beach is definitely one of my favorite dispensaries here in Florida. It's easily accessed from I95 and you just get off the highway for 2 minutes and you've arrived. Plenty of parking in this location, it's just a busy location, so sometimes the 10-12 spots they have are busy. The lobby is very comfortable it has a restroom, it is very modern, and those chairs are SO comfortable. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. If you have any questions on products or devices, just ask. You can even sit down privately at a consultation room just for yourself. There are a wide variety of products for you to choose from, and all different types of prices. Make sure you visit your Dania Beach Trulieve, and get some good cannabis products! read more

Like 100000x's better than Dania store if you don't get yours delivered. 10000000% recommend if you just do your work and plan ahead. People who just drop by like I have when unplanned as we all have happen you can't be mad if there's a wait so Excellent, friendly, efficient, pleasant staff that goes out of their way to fix mistakes when they happen as can be the case at every retail store, but also remember while they ARE a dispensary and it IS medication they are not in control of inventory OR pharmacists. This place was recommended to me by Miracle Leaf. I went to Trulieve once and will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER go back! It's like a rundown house that was converted into a dispensary. It has the feel of a 24hr convenience store, in the hood. The bobo, gun carrying, ego driven, fresh out of high school security guard was extremely rude and controlling where everyone sits and goes. They are swamped! If you're a walk-in, expect to wait over an hour (without them warning you or giving you an update) and don't be upset that anyone who places an order online will be skipping you. It is staffed with inexperienced employees, with zero knowledge of their products. They were out of stock on just about everything! ZERO flower! The kid who helped me was nice but had zero clue what I needed and zero clue as to when more products would be in stock. They even have tip jars on their counters and hand you your change right over it. Oh, and I forgot, they allowed my boyfriend to use his card to pay for my products, which is against policy. They clearly don't respect rules and will bend them. This is not a quality dispensary! We did find a much better dispensary in Fort Lauderdale called MedMen that is the complete opposite of Trulieve. Trulieve is to MedMed what Dunkin' is to Starbucks. read more

This review is based in delivery- I had a surgical procedure on Friday and placed an online order on Saturday. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday...nothing. Tuesday....nothing...Wednesday (today) NOTHING- no update, no call, nothing. I've now been on hold for over 20! minutes waiting to speak to someone. The last person I spoke to on Monday told me it's better if I go into the physical location, however I can't drive because of my surgery. This is only my second time using my prescription in over a year- when I really need it and it's a terrible experience to be in pain and expect a delivery for 3 days. Big fail. First time customer. It was my second time there in 2 days trying to shop but couldn't due to miracle leaf south beach kinda messing up my recommendations. Anyway, went into the reception area. Gave the receptionist my ID and shortly after, I was lead into the sales area. Everyone was super nice. Charlie Q helped me out and did me a solid. As a first time patient, my Doctor was forcing me to buy a vape before I could get any flower. Charlie was upset at my predicament and explained that I should be able to get flower on my first purchase. He was more than helpful. He went above and beyond and gave me a nice discount on my purchase for my troubles. TW: race Every time I go to this location it's a stressful nightmare and I always swear I'll never go back but always end up giving them another chance. Today, I placed my order before they opened. I received a text letting me know my order was ready before they opened so I got to the location before they were supposed to be open. I don't know his name but there's a tall Caucasian manager there with a red beard that always has the most upity attitude. I usually brush it off but today he asked me to wait outside the lobby, ok no problem. As I'm getting in the car he let's me know there's space available so I rush back inside. I sat down and while waiting for 25min I watched him ignore the only two people of color in the store while giving specifically elderly Caucasians VIP treatment. He asked them all if their orders needed to be modified, the one who said yes was served on the spot. I've never seen this before. He never even asked me about my order. He let a customer who fit his preferred profile that hadn't even placed an order prior to arriving to walk in and be served after not even five minutes. Me and the only other POC exchanged glances at one point and both clearly felt something off. When I was finally called in the cashier noticed I was flustered and asked if I was ok. I let her know what had happened and she seemed embarrassed, apologized on his behalf, and let me know the man I had exchanged a look with had also complained about him. Once I got back in my car I told my boyfriend my experience and he was obviously upset so he went inside to politely let them know that there's no reason for us to leave upset when we go there for medical treatment and he (also a POC) was brushed off and this man just continued with his dismissive attitude. read more

Update 2/15/19: once again I ordered online the evening before. I get to the office and am told it will take about 20 minutes before I can pick up. The room had about 15 people waiting, with nearly all being walk-ins. Again, I fail to understand why this takes so long. Looks like Curaleaf and other places are my new best options. Or delivery although my confidence is low given the prior two experiences. From January 2019: I still cannot understand why ordering online for pickup in the store is so difficult at many locations, including this one. What is the point of ordering online if the order isn't ready when you arrive for pick up? Even a 10 minute wait would be ok. I'm starting to believe that ordering for delivery is the best way to go until Trulieve and other stores can figure this out. I used to prefer this location but no more I order online all my orders but at this location they cancel your online order and make you wait with all the walkins. And last time I was there again they said they canceled my online order and I had to wait so after almost two hours they take me in and won't let me adjust my order they said first they didn't have my product and mysteriously my order package all of a sudden appeared but was told I cannot add to my order I said that this is not what I've experienced at other trulieve locations. Horrendous customer service. I've been here a few times and I waited to write a review. The first time and second time of bad customer service can happen. But when it's happens all the time it becomes a pattern. Don't even bother pre-ordering anything. Even if you order ahead of time, and check in ahead of time you're still gonna wait a minimum of 40 minutes. The girl working the front desk today was unbelievably rude. I was probably there at around 4 PM or so. They told me the wait would be about 15-20 (great right?). After waiting outside like a dog, I get the text. the girl at the front desk very curtly tells me that it's going to be an additional 45 minutes! No apologies nothing. I told her to give me back my ID and got the hell out of there. She did not apologize or anything. All she told me was that the guy that was sitting at the front desk before her gave me the wrong information. Unfortunately this industry has not met a level of professionalism that a "patient" would expect to receive one picking up medication. All the people that work there are unprofessional and treat you like cattle. Expect the same type of customer service that you would receive at Walmart. They make you wait outside for 45 minutes in the burning, scorching, sizzling heat where they have a huge garbage dump. The owner or the managers of this place should have the decency to at least put some seats outside. Alway great product and friendly service but the online ordering service is a complete waste of time. With social distancing I thought this would be a quick and safe way to get my meds. It was the exact opposite. When your order is ready you still have to wait in line to get served. Ok no problem. First come first serve. But then you still have to go back and go over the order with the cashier. The whole reason for online ordering is that you already know what you want! Just pay for it and leave. With the current situation why do I have to talk to an unmasked cashier? Why can't my order be ready and I just walk in pay and leave? I was in there for 30mins to pick up my online order. I didn't bring a mask or gloves because I thought I would be in and out quickly. You really have to change this and not expose your patients unnecessarily. read more
