I give it a three star simply because of the flower. Some great choices of flower. But as for employees and timely manner... this is the worst location of the 3 in town. The employees who are cool are caring. The care they gave my on choosing a strain was great. But time was awful. Everytime I come to this location I'm Waiting for atleast 20 mins even if I call ahead. I try to be quick with my order due to others waiting but the budtenders don't have a sense of urgency and that's not ok. I'd prefer to go to the Flowery in Ocala but this is convenient that's the only reason i frequent it. Hire more employees especially someone to tend the front counter and lobby the whole time. The type of care here could def be better seeing as this is supposed to be a place of help and relief. Do better. read more

I like Truleive. I usually go to the dispensary in Lake City, but am going to Gainesville, Fl. for a Doctors Appt. today. Trid calling the dispensary on Archer Rd. and no one answers the phone. Can't even get a call back. I would think if they are that busy they would hire someone to just answer the phone. Bad business. What can I say, the people that work here are amazing!! Every time I come over its always a smile, happiness and positive. I can always say that the product is great but the level of customer service is beyond the extra mile. Coming from a customer service background for 20 years and a former business owner, it really just makes you feel good when you have such great employees. I have been going to trulieve dispensary from the day they opened in Gainesville to the one on 6th , well I switched to Archer Road because of the piss poor service you get on 6th, so I do have to say the people in the products are okay they have good deals like any other dispensary but their place is freaking disgusting filthy is not even the word for it they haven't fixed their air conditioners so they have these huge units , which isn't bad but come on you people make a fortune off of us fix the air conditioner get a housekeeper in there that cleans it's disgusting and your service has gone downhill I sent 20 minutes waiting to be served and there's only one person in there sorry Archer Road it is what it is read more

Too bad there's no place for negative stars. I thought I was being smart by placing my order online yesterday. That's because I needed to take my 93 yo neighbor to the doctor today and didn't want to be held up. But, when I got to Trulieve, there was no place to park and there were A LOT of ppl waiting. When I checked in, the young man was very nice. After I had been there A WHILE, a man came out and explained that someone's father died and another person broke their foot so there are only two ppl working. That's understandable. But, when my neighbor called I knew I'd have to leave if I couldn't be seen soon. So, I went to the counter to ask about it. The disheveled looking employee had just come back from lunch and was not familiar with the things I had explained to the guy who checked me in. So, I explained my circumstances and he shrugged his shoulder like, "what do I care?" So, I added that I would have to leave and it would be an hour of driving for me to come back. He said there were two walk-ins ahead of me. So I asked him what's the advantage of ordering ahead if you still have to wait for walk-ins. He stated they should get their time just like I do. I agree completely. However, I spent twenty minutes shopping online the day before so I wouldn't have to spent that time in the store today. From the moment I walked up to the counter this guy was rude. If he had politely apologized and said he couldn't make exceptions I would have left and returned later. Instead, he tried to find things wrong with me. I had an expired card, but one look in the computer tells you that my card is valid, then he said I didn't have a driver's license-no clue where he got that idea- so I started to hand him my license but then I realized that there was no point trying to talk to him. I was already checked in, so why was he trying to tell me I couldn't be seen at all. So, I said, "your just trying to be argumentative for no reason and I was being nice to you." So, we had some choice words for each other and I told him to cancel my order and I'll never be back. There are way too many dispensaries in this town who bend over backwards to be nice to you. In fact, employees at another dispensary suggested I go to Trulieve when they didn't have what i needed. I will not let anyone treat me that way. It's unprofessional and unnecessary. read more

What a cluster F you created yesterday Harvest HOC and I imagine that I am one of MANY unhappy customers/patients. You don't honor orders placed BEFORE you update your website that there is no more online ordering? VERY POOR management decision. Management obviously wasn't prepared for the volume of orders or patients and changing the ordering option AFTER the store opened and REQUIRING people to order only in person an hour AFTER the store opened was a bad business decision. Whoever's brilliant idea that was at Harvest HOC, effectively left those of with physical limitations that do not have the abillty to stand in a "line around the block" for hours, unable to take advantage of the sale like everyone else WITHOUT those kinds of limitations. Or those with major anxiety that can't be in crowds. The same reasons that patients are on the medicine they purchase from you, is the same reasons that I could not physically go to the store and purchase medicine like everyone else. I am one of those people and I am sure that there are many others just like me that could not go to the store under those conditions to get the medication that they need to treat those conditions...at 75-80% off. ..like everyone else. Quite DISCRIMINATORY in my opinion. Just as not honoring what was advertised and fulfilling orders for what purchased online PRIOR to shutting off online ordering that morning and hour after you opened is in my opinion false advertising. You can't have information on the website, allow orders to go through and then decide AFTER the orders have been placed that you won't fulfill them and REQUIRE an order in person at the store. I did what I always do. I ordered online. My order was not fulfilled even though it was prior to the online ordering being cut off. I also followed the instructions on your phone message...which by the way was never changed and still saying ALL DAY ""Due to High Volume of Patients and customer orders, we encourage all to place online orders at HarvestHOC.com." Yet there was no online ordering. There is nothing positive I can say about this whole situation. HORRIBLE management decisions. HORRIBLE way to run a business. HORRIBLE customer service. I give you two thumbs down, and if I could I would rate Harvest HOC a Zero stars because 1 is too much. read more
