I very rarely like never give a one star on a business but when it comes to a business repeatedly disappointing me, scamming me, ripping me off, and me foolishly giving many, many opportunities to redeem themselves after false promises due to the staff being so stoned and miserable bare minimum doers that can't Complete basic tasks like use a register, have any knowledge about the products they sell, or even the time to pay attention and greet every potential buyer when one enters their establishment because they're goofing off, hiding in the back office, or decide to greet the younger person who enters after you. This place is run by a bunch of dingbats who will sell you the wrong thing just to shut you up when you're trying to figure out what you do need to buy. If it all possible go anywhere else from here because another thing they do is depending who you are or who you were speaking to within one visit you'll be told different prices and offer different discounts even though the deal of the day is clearly published but they don't give it to everybody. I am absolutely done. Definitely go elsewhere where not every single person that works here seems to be a manager that knows nothing and the business itself doesn't even have an email address; "be lazy & do the less than minimum" is the mission statement of this business.

Brick and mortar scrub stores are few and far between; Scrubs by Design offers the advantage of…read morebeing able to try things on, although their selection is fairly limited. As a woman who prefers unisex-style scrubs, there are not very many brands that can accommodate that, however they do carry Grey's Anatomy scrubs, Blue Label, Cherokee and WonderWink. Anything that they do not have in stock in the store, they will allow you to order (which means I was able to order several styles in petite length) and they also do embroidery. Embroidery takes 7-10 business days but pricing is reasonable. They also have work shoes available. A more accurate rating for the store would likely be a 3.5. I usually do most of my shopping for scrubs online, but it was nice to have the option to use a fitting room. Note that they are tucked away in the relatively abandoned center where Toys' R' Us used to be on the second floor. Also of note, they do NOT carry Blue Sky, Figs or Urbane scrubs.
