Honestly this place is a grey area! The wait times are horrid but the male staff members truly deserve their props. My above comment being lied about from a manager is why I chose to leave another comment. The long wait times keeping me in the lobby while 7 people walk in is the problem. I wait 10 minutes in the lobby and someone who walked in 9 minutes after gets called before me because they checked in online and didn't have to wait as long as me in lobby because someone finally came to greet us. It's insane how this system works and honestly the only reason to never come here. It's at least 30 minutes every time I come in here. You don't take reviews seriously also or you wouldn't have 2.5 star level. read more

They have good product and good deals. But do not depend on their delivery. It Sucks. They claim same day delivery and I canceled my order after 5 days of waiting and being told by customer service that it will be the next day. They won't let you order from North Fort Myers like I use to. They were great. Well I give them a second and third chance and the told me, now we can't deliver. At first the experience was great i was so glad that they finally made a dispensary in lehigh so much more closer and convenient but lately they've been doing me wrong. the first encounter was i did an online order for ON SALE items when i got there the gentleman had brought it to my attention that the wax i had order was out of stock okay reasonable, he came back with a "replacement" to the one they didnt have in stock mind you i choose this specific wax because it was on SALE then came back with one that was full price but didnt mention it WASNT on sale as you should bring it to the customers attention to let them know that it'll be full price i wouldn't of purchased it if he told me that the one he brought back wasn't on sale i wouldn't of purchased it but once i noticed is when i looked at my receipt i was just to annoyed so i brushed off the extra $15 But the again i run into another issue but im more annoyed about it this time the date being 4/14/24 i placed a order to my local lehigh trulieve for the deal of 3 for 90 that started 4/14/24-4/17/24 alright i ALWAYS do the math before i go to pickup my order so i can take out the cash because now my bank charges me a another card fee on top of the $3 fee that trulieve charges so i decided to take out cash this time to avoid both trulieves and suncoast card fee but guy you Help me do the math tho if im getting the deal of 3for $90 +1 sale price 1gram ($35)+a trupod ($40) equaling a total of $165 correct i even asked him why didn't i get the 3for 90 he replied "that was yesterday " when i showed him what the website says he's like or really never explained why it was $180 this was THE SAME GENTLEMAN that charged me full price for the wax instead of giving me on another one that was on sale for the "replacement" charged me $180 for an order that equaled out to $165 like where in the hell did the extra $15. Even if i had use my card they would of rounded it up to the nearest tenth that equaling $170+$3 card fee=173 STILL doesn't add up to $180 i need an explanation. read more

Long wait with just a few clients in waiting area few or no specials most flower is more expensive than others

Worst dispo I've ever been to, I'd rather drive 30-45 mins to go to any other trulieve than the 3 min drive to go to this one here in lehigh acres. Long wait times (at times up to two hours), rude service by the lady up front, wrong percentages when ordered than the ones that I received. Most of the time they "ran out" of whatever I ordered but they don't call and tell you. It's just not worth it to go to this store over others. read more

One star is too many for this location. DO NOT bother to waste your time here. Every time I've been here, online pickup and check in AND express. EVERY TIME ive been told. We're really busy today and I proceed to wait AT LEAST one hour. Did I mention they screwed up my order? YEP!!! I had to turn around and wait another hour another day. COMPLETELY A WASTE OF MY TIME MONEY AND EFFORTS. Shop elsewhere, even if it means driving a hundred miles away. This place is complete garbage. I wouldn't go there again if they were giving it away. most of the staff is great and helpful but the woman who's usually at the front desk is ALWAYS in such a bad mood and is constantly rude. She sure knows how to turn a good day into a terrible one by just the way she treats the customers. If I could leave a zero star, I would I recently moved down to Fort Myers from Tampa and recently purchased a bunch of product that was absolutely terribly trimmed and I just couldn't believe they were charging it. I could've bought better stuff off of the street that's the saddest part about it. I paid $30 per eighth when I went to return it they said it wasn't from the store so they would not return it. Even though I was two hours away from my original destination keep in mind this is all the same company in Trulieve. It's not muv or cue leaf... save your money read more

This trulieve location is the best one yet! always have products and lots of choices, rarely ever take long, and if you need extra time the will gladly help you with getting the right product for you. They always keep a look out for you by always mentioning there sales! Been going here since opening and never had failed me! Great employees and great dispensary! read more
