There's something very shady going on in this dispensary.. first the ignoring of the non favorite customers to hiding the $10 basket 3.5 containers of marijuana that they claim they did not have I actually watched him say they did not have and then pulled it out with a regular customer came in and when I pointed this out they told me I had to leave for causing the disturbance when all I did is question the wait time the favoritism and why are you only selling the select marijuana to certain people's and telling other people that you do not have that product.. this place is actually criminal as far as I'm concerned and I suggest stay away. I ended up to go to Ayr in Northern St Lucie County and paid $12.50 for 3.5 marijuana with the point system.. that same 3.5 marijuana is always $20 at its best price at trulieve... First off, I'd like to preface this statement by saying that this Trulieve was not only the first Trulieve I ever visited but it was also the first dispensary I visited when I got my medical card 2+ years ago. My initial experience with this location 2 years ago was very educational, the staff were friendly and professional, and the entire experience was pleasant. However that is not even close to the level of customer care or service that I have received from this dispensary the few times I have used this location over the past year. I have tried to give this place a chance but time and time again I have experience horrible customer service and unnecessarily long wait times for what is supposed to be an express pick-up. Customers are NOT served in the order in which they arrive, or check in regardless of whether you check in online or in person with the host. The staff are not shy about serving regulars before they serve customers that frequent less often, they don't even try to hide the fact that they are serving customers that walked in after you. In fact on my last visit the host greeted 2 different patients that walked in and were standing in line behind me, by first name, and checked them in without asking for their ID or Medical Card, before even acknowledging me. Both of those 2 patients plus 2 more that walked in after I was checked in and seated were served and left the building before I was ever called to the counter to pay for my express pick-up order. This is getting long so I won't get to in depth with how rude and unprofessional the staff at this location are. After my last Yelp review I made on 10/19, I was asked to contact this Trulieve to "make things right". I decided to wait another month to see if things improved. I always want to be fair and I want this new area business to do well. I have decided that I have to be selective when using your dispensary in Vero Beach, FL. Only if I can pre order product will I patronize this establishment. Your product is good, your staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I frequent three different area dispensaries and my observations are based on comparison businesses. My concerns are as follows: 1. Parking - 7 secure parking spaces at this location, only 1 handicapped space at a medical dispensary for people that have medical issues. Limited street parking and an unpaved lot across the street that I will never park in again. Last time I parked there, I had 4 nails in three of my tires and nearly tripped in a hole. I also worried about being towed. 2. Waiting area - this like the parking is very limited. The chairs are really low and difficult to get out of, if you are lucky enough to get one of 6 chairs available. I am disabled myself and have given my seat to a vet with a missing leg. Now they take your phone number and text you when it's your time, so you can sit in your car. Is this their answer to the overcrowding and long wait times at this location. 3. Tipping jars - I frequent three area dispensaries, Trulieve is the most expensive. They are also the only dispensary that has tip jars everywhere. Frankly, I find that practice tacky. My pharmacist requires no tip, nor should their employees. Pay them more. 4. Employees- way to many employees standing around doing nothing. Again compared to other larger dispensaries, they have half the staff of Vero Beach. They have two large intimating men with guns on their hips standing around. Is that necessary? Have never seen that anywhere else, not even in California. These concerns I believe could be better served with a larger location. This location is small for the demand. I would suggest you check out Curaleaf's operation in Ft. Pierce (next town). They have their act together. If you are new as I was and other people coming in 20 minutes plus later then me are getting served ahead of me as I wait for 45 minutes plus only to find they are out of the product I am looking for and really don't have anything like it.... so I wasted my time and left empty handed....terribly slow service and not organized... never go back... read more

The waiting area is small but it appears that if you let them know you plan to wait in your car they will come out to let you know when it is your turn. Last Place you should Visit! Unfortunately this is the only dispensary in this town. Small is place, no menu boards, always out of stock, rarely have sativa in stock, employees usually look miserable, and they can decide on mask policy. If you're going to require mask, you need to provide them. Employees where rude about it. I have never loved their flower, maybe it's the plastic containers but most taste like potpourri. I've been to knox, curaleaf, and now Trulieve. I have to say Trulieve is by far the best dispensary Ive been to. I'm super excited they are opening in boynton and west palm. The quality of the products I got are top notch. I got gorilla glue #4, 9lb hammer, and Pineapple Express vape cartridges. The reason they don't get 5 stars is due to not having flower but that's only because the state hasn't allowed it yet and not really their fault. I was ripped by the manager Raquel Y as soon as I walked in. I said excuse me sir to a person with long dreadlocks and baggy blue jeans but I didn't see them from the front. Raquel Y said that I used the wrong pronoun. Then she said how would you like it if I called you mam. Then she said well mam. I asked to speak to the manager and she laughed and told the room of strangers she was the manager. I asked for her supervisor name and she said to call customer service and then told the room full of strangers that nothing would happen because it's just a call center. I asked to use the restroom and while I was in there she kept escalating the crowds mood, so much that one of the strangers banged on the door and said they would ""fu@k me up " I quickly exited and the threats continue. I walked outside and the man kept yelling and threatening me. I would never go back there. I could have been shot and the other guests could have been caught in the crossfire. What a crazy crappy experience for me, a veteran of the United States Army to experience on memorial day weekend. After waiting a few minutes she then took me off the wait-list and asked me to leave. I am newly diagnosed with adult onset temporal lobe epilepsy. It has been quite the rollercoaster battling this as well as managing the never ending amount of pills they have me taking. My dr. And I decided on a more natural route. I did my homework on all the dispensaries and I finally decided on truelieve. Its 35 minutes longer to get to but I knew I was interested in the trustik. I knew what I was going in for before I got there so it should be an easy in out. Granted I came prepared for a line of ? So Adina had her hands full. Walked into Trulieve expecting there to be a ridiculous wait time.... much to my surprise there was no wait time at all. They immediately checked me in I had a small issue with my name not coming up in the system. Trulieve associates found the issue and helped me correct it. Every employee there was extremely professional and welcoming you with open arms. They made you feel comfortable enough to open up and ask questions and understood that most of us felt really awkward buying "POT" in a store....All of the team members had a way of making you feel as though you were just having an every day conversation but maintained professionalism like a pharmacist would only better. They have a wide variety of products and strains available. The only thing I would like to see is more strains available in the concentrates and the trupod... She knew exactly what would help me best for my condition and it's only day one but so far so good. Today they just lost my order and made me get to the end of the line, then only had more expensive items available. I drive 30 min to Sebastian/PSL to visit MUV! They have a decent enough inventory, not to mention customer service is impeccable. I can place an online order and have it ready within 20 min. The manager Samantha single handedled ruined my entire experiece with this company she was extreamly rude and condeseding to myself and atleast 7other patients in the time of me waiting for 2hrs after i was told my order was ready to be picked up. She was extreamly unprofessional and unorganized. her store was backed up 5 hrs because of her poor management skills and that alone and it also reflected on her staff and their overall moral. Before I went, I read horrible reviews and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and be optimistic, NO! DO NOT GO TO TRULIEVE IN VERO BEACH. I instantly walk in, and the man just stares at me. I'm new and never been to a dispensary before. I don't know what to do. He still continues to stare at me while I'm at the front desk and I say "I'm a new patient.. what do I need to do?" He says give me your I.D. He was rude off the rip. I gave him my I.D and he said the wait will be and hour. An HOUR? Now I know why people complained on reviews about waiting in their car. Fuck that, by the time I'll be able to receive my medicine I'll be halfway to Fort Lauderdale at their other location down south to receive EXCEPTIONAL service where I have heard tons of great things about from there. So I leave the building and walk to my car(cause they make you park a mile away because their parking lot only fit 5 cars) , realize everything that just happened was bullshit and they do not deserve my hard earned money, walk back in there and there he goes again just staring like he does best.
