After arguing for 5 minutes they finally agreed to do what they could in the time of my appointment but made a point of telling me it would be 30 minutes less the time I was arguing. My hair was done in 20 minute. There are other options with other businesses that know how to treat customers with respect.

I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup over the day, as well as the days after since I kept my hair style in as long as possible! I've been to other Blo Blow Dry Bar's before, but I am glad this location opened up as it's such a convenient location! I went to Avenue Salon and Spa last week and got a wash, haircut, and blowdry…read more I went in and the front desk staff were very nice and I was told to wait until my appointment started. I was called by my stylist and had my hair washed, that went fine. The issue was when he asked me what I would like done. I showed him a refrence image and told him I wanted shoulder-length layers. He verbally said "Layers?" and I went "Yes, layers". I specifically asked for layers becasue my hair tends to be flat so I need the volume. I ended up with my hair cut all one length, and significantly longer than shoulder length. I did notice that it didn't look right, but he had been cutting my hair for like an hour and a half at that point (which is way too long to cut hair one length) and I had prior engagments after my appointment so I decided to just leave it because I physically could not sit in that chair any longer. To be fair, the cut was done alright and he styled it really nicely, I am just really confused because he knew what I wanted done, we both acknowledged it verbally, and he gave me something that was literally the complete opposite of what I asked for, and took forever doing it.

I have never coloured so cannot comment, but when I do it will be here. My son comes here too as he was blessed with my hair. He tried other places but they didnt do a good cut or thin out his hair.
