Davis came out the same day and fixed it within 30 minutes. I then showed him some additional work we wanted done - the master bath tub had a leaking faucet and we also wanted shutoff valves installed on both the hot and cold lines behind the service panel. He quoted $520 for the spigot and tub work together, which I accepted. He came back two days later to perform the tub work (less than 60 minutes). We had already been researching replacements and Husnik was at the top of our list, but we were hoping to wait until spring. Unfortunately, the well pump failed on Thanksgiving--best laid plans. Mike was responsive, calm, and incredibly thorough. He explained that there was significant sediment buildup and made it clear he could get water on quickly, but that it wouldn't be good-quality water. Instead, he came back Saturday to properly clean out the well, install a new pressure tank, and replace the pump--doing the job the right way. During what felt like a true household crisis (no running water really changes your perspective!), Mike went above and beyond.
