For example: one in Andorra, lower Northeast, Greater Northeast, City Avenue, Cedarbrook Plaza and some other locations. But they are not easily accessible as a Mega Banks like Wells Fargo and Bank of America... which we understand this we sign up at credit unions verses banks. However, with knowing that credit unions are limited. And normally they don't have long hours as most banks offer. As a customer I do expect for the ATM Services to be up and running for convenience if one is not able to make it before the credit union closes.. This location is the only one I come to that is close to my area. Although it is still pretty out of my way to get here. It is still the closest one to me. I work in center city, but traffic in center city is beyond crazy so I would not dare try to drive to that one . So after work if I need to make a deposit I head to this one to do so. However, this location ATM is alwaysssss down.. I have called on numerous occasions to report this problem. One rep told me "they were in the process of getting new machines" that was almost three Weeks ago... On so many occasions I have drove all the way here after work to find the ATM either fully down or the Deposit option not available. I mean it's really a joke and so annoying. I go to make a deposit to cover incoming stuff and can not do it. Than I wake up in the morning to overdraft fees for funds not being available.... This credit union just really needs to get it together. It's so stressing to keep coming to your financial institution to utilize services they offer. But they are never working... And I would never again utilize the option of making a cash deposit through another banks ATM for my pffcu acct... I did it almost two months ago with a large amount of money. Money got lost lost between the two banks. It was the worst process ever to get MY Hard Earned Cash back... But the reason for making that deposit for my pffcu acct through another bank. Was because again this pffcu location ATM was down for two days in a row... So if you really need to handle your financial business through the ATM because you can not make it into the branch durning normal hours. Do not come to this location. It's down more than updates

The finance department got me a really low rate with PFFCU, and this started my relationship with them. Since that car transaction, I have since switched my HELOC to them from Citizens Bank. PFFCU had a much better rate, and they were much easier and faster to deal with than Citizens, where I've been a client for more than 25 years. I will most likely switch my primary mortgage to PFFCU a little later this year too. They are just a joy to deal with.

I've just finished my first statement cycle with Victory, and so far I'm really satisfied. Victory Bank offers both business and personal accounts, and depending on how your business is structured, they may be able to put both accounts on the same platform. I'm an S corp with no other employees, so both my accounts are on the same platform, and I can see them at the same time. I can transfer funds electronically from business to personal; there's a single logon for both accounts; the account transaction history list goes back to the date the account was opened (making it easy to do a Ctrl F to search for transactions); and there are no minimum balances to open either account. Something to know is that they do not have ATMs at this bank, but they do provide a $20 a month rebate for ATM fees. I'm not closing my credit union personal checking account because I have a regular direct deposit there. So I plan to electronically transfer most of the deposit from the credit union to Victory and leave enough money at the credit union for me to withdraw cash when I need it (they're more convenient for me to get to). It's called a bank-to-bank transfer, it's easy to do, and Victory Bank staff helped me set it up. The manager (and all the staff) at Victory Bank have been very helpful. So I recommend looking into their bank and see if it meets your needs, whether it's business or personal.

I've been going to American Heritage Credit Union Abington branch and overall it's been a really…read moregood experience. The staff here are always friendly, patient, and helpful. Every time I come in, I feel like they genuinely try to assist and make things easy, which I definitely appreciate. This is my go to branch because of the customer service alone. My only issues are more with some of their policies and features. One thing I didn't like is how placing a limit or lock on your debit card also impacts deposits. I had put restrictions on my card for security reasons to prevent money from being taken out only to find out it also affected money going in. That was frustrating and not something I expected. I also wish they supported Zelle. Being able to instantly move money is important, and while there are workarounds, they can take 1-3 days. Other institutions like Navy Federal Credit Union offer it, so it would be great to see that added here. Overall, great staff and good service, just a few process and technology updates would make this place even better.
