This review will be a little unconventional. This isn't about their training, their crane work, or any other technical side of their business. This review is about character, integrity, kindness, and general concern for another person. I was driving my son from Spokane, Washington to Austin,Texas on the 20-22 of August, 2022. We had vehicle issues in Lubbock and pulled over in the Trumble Crane parking lot. Chad Trumble was in the parking lot and immediately asked if we needed help. That moment forward, Chad was there to assist, give advice, and show general care and concern for a young man who needed real help. Chad allowed my son to utilize his staff, mechanics, to evaluate his vehicle issues. His staff, namely Tim and Tucker, were there to help out and offer as much support and assistance as they could provide. We ended up needing to leave my sons truck in Lubbock, Texas. But in the care of Chad Trumble. He is going to help my son get it fixed and help him get his truck back. Not only do I feel like this is an example of the real Texas gentleman, I feel that this is an example of what our society is lacking. Real integrity and character. Chad spoke to my 19 year old son like he was a man. Talked about options and how he could help a you g man stranded far from home. He set my son at ease, assured him that he was there to help him out. Understand, nothing in life is free. But Chad let my son know that he was going to help him out. This speaks to the Trumble Crane organization! Their general care and concern for two people who were not furthering their business, not spending money with them (Intentionally), but needed support and assistance. When given the opportunity to utilize this company, recommend them, or work with them, I would!! 13 outta 10 times! The integrity of this company is higher than any I have run into. They genuinely cared about my sons fate, his vehicle, and the outcome of his situation. Because of Trumble Crane and Rigging, I was able to get my son to Universal Technical Institute on time and ready for his schooling. Thank you Chad Trumble, Tim, Tucker, and the Trumble Crane and Rigging Company!! You are bar none, one of the remaining organizations that cares for the people you come into contact with!
