Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

The shop is so clean and the waiting area is stocked with everything for your rv from replacement doors to back up cameras. This is a gem of a repair place because we all Know you're going to need a repair on that rv! Hope we Don't have to visit them again but if we need a repair in the hill country we know where to go!

Inside they have one of the largest used book/media sections you'll ever see in any thrift store. The stuff that gets donated here is usually better than what you would find at Goodwill, which means you're more likely to come across unique and valuable finds. You'll also find every imaginable knickknack under the sun here for office home and hardware use. In the back room, there's bicycles, electronics, and furniture. The front of the store is given over, almost entirely to clothing and shoes. Still my favorite thrift store to come to in Fredericksburg.

Simply put the owner is very full of himself, and takes business questions personally. Rather than accept his own coupon, he would rather not do business with you at all and tell you to your face to never come back. i guess he must be busy to turn away customers like that. It was not a small order, being well over $1000 in flowers and trees. The hired help is variable in knowledge and ability. They list their hours as being open until 6:00, but they shut down the cash register at 5:30 and basically chase you out after that. Not welcoming or friendly at all. If you have to have plants, and are willing to put up with people who basically don't care about you as a customer and are more interested in doing things their way, with their pride, and with their (self) hurt feelings than they are with providing you with good customer service, then I guess you could go there. I won't. Not after the way I was treated. I wouldn't want anyone I know or like to go there either. Sometimes it is not about the price, it is the principle. They seem to want to stand on their principle that it is OK to treat their customer with less respect than the dirt they sell, then chase you and your money away when you challenge them on their actions. So I will stand on my principle: I deserve respect as a customer just as they do as a vendor. If they do not want to be honest and respectful, they do not deserve my business, and I would suggest they do not deserve yours.

They also have a Facebook storefront / business page. The bad part of this business is the owner (Dexter Juezan) and his public interactions. His customer service is only good if you agree with him politically. Dexter enjoys arguing with potential customers about political issues. Arguing is a somewhat of a misnomer because it's him one-way arguing with those who don't agree with him. In my case, he found one of my social media profiles because I "like" and follow the We The People Store on Facebook....and he has unceasingly harassed me because I'm against the genocide in Gaza. Even after asking him to cease and desist, he continues to harass. Our country has freedom of speech, but to the point of harassment is too far. There is no way I would recommend doing business with We The People Store because (1) the owner will find you online and harass if you don't agree with him and (2) he does not have the ability to respect each other peoples boundaries.
