Maria did a walk-through of our house with me initially to help determine a fair price for our initial deep clean and then maintenance cleans every 2 weeks. Obviously there's a certain level of trust involved in giving someone access to your house, especially if you're not home, but since we've been customers, we've never had a single issue or cause for concern. Maria's communication and organization are certainly strengths, and the two workers who come to our house each time are reliable, consistent, friendly, and efficient. I don't think we've ever had an occasion when our cleaners didn't show up on the day we expected or had to cancel on us. Maria has been able to accommodate our occasional requests to change from our usual day of the week in cases of travel or holidays. Later that day we noticed that there was a dirty soiled cleaning rag left on top of our clean clothes that we had folded on a shelf. I also let the owner Daniel know about this. His was response was extremely unprofessional. He said "your place was pretty bad and my cleaners transformed your place and youre making a big deal about a rag?" I will say also he sent me $50 back but after his insulting unprofessional response I would prefer a professional accomodating reply instead of any money back. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a cleaning service.

After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.
