On the day of installation the crew was on time and worked very efficiently to complete my install. Once completed they went over the unit and use. It has been a few weeks since the install and I am so happy! The system works as promised and I really love having the better water. It tastes so much better than straight out of the tap. After being in this home just a few months I had already started noticing the buildup of calcium/lime around the faucets and having to use more soap than I used to when I had the system in my previous home. My skin is getting back to what it was before, so soft. If you are thinking about a water softner system you can't do better than HWS.
