Liberty Plumbing/Albert had previously done work for us and some family members before, and we were very pleased with their price, work and professionalism. Ever since then I have highly recommended them to anyone who has needed any plumbing services. Well, we needed their services again. Even though I have their number on speed dial on my phone, I went online to see their hours of operations, and it was great to see all the positive and five star reviews they have received since the last time we contracted them. We had a water leak in our middle bathroom, one of our sinks had been leaking for a while. One of the shut off valves had corroded and broken off and had been leaking for at least a week. Needless to say, there was water everywhere, especially underneath the vanity. So, I had to remove both the vanity and the sinks (we have a dual sink) and do some temporary plumbing repairs myself. Long story short, we decided to install a new vanity and sink along with some remodeling that is needed. We decided to do away with the dual sinks and just have one sink. I called Liberty Plumbing and like always Albert was quick to answer and a pleasure to speak with. I said that we needed to consolidate our water lines and drain lines into one. Albert asked me to send him some pictures so he could know exactly what he needed to do. After he received the pictures, he gave me a price and an installation date/time. My Father's Kitchen sink became clogged worse than it ever was. There have been clogs in the past both my father and I have unclogged but this one we just couldn't unclog. My father is an elderly man but has been a Renaissance man for many years. Unfortunately his age prevents him from physical activity. I called Liberty Plumbing to assist us. They came out, assessed the situation, my father and I learned that there was tremendous build up that calcified and what grease does after a long period of time, but the plumbing was so old, it caused even more issues. These guys do their best to provide the best solution at the best price. We recognize when someone is trying to charge as much as possible. Liberty didn't do that. They gave us options. I called liberty Plumbing because of all the 5-star reviews. I was not disappointed. Abraham arrived on time and diagnosed the problem; my water heater was leaking. He pointed out the problem and told me what needed to be done. No pressure sales pitch. He was very informed, and friendly. He quoted me their price for everything, no hidden or add on fees, very straight forward. I agreed to their services, and they even showed up one day early, because of a cancellation. The owner of the company, Albert, showed up on time as promised. He explained everything that was going to be done, and everything was done in the time frame that he told me. I have had no hot water since Thursday and I've been calling around to see what I need to do to have hot water. One place I called said they would come to see what it is for $150, not even repair it. Another one came and said I had to replace the whole box where the status light shines. But today, I saw Liberty Plumbers, saw that they were military friendly and they don't charge to see what the problem is. He responded right away and was here within an hour. He fixed my water heater in literally 30 seconds after he saw the flame wouldn't ignite and showed me how to reset it in case it happens again at no cost. My water heater was leaking and caused some damage. I called Liberty Plumbing and they came to the rescue. I knew I had to replace it, this was not an option. I sent them pictures of the water heater and when they came to address the issue, they came with a new water heater!! NO WASTED TIME!! They were professional, quick, and explained the process to me. I live in Washington state and was having trouble contacting a plumber to fix the water leak at my mother's house in El Paso, TX. There was a leak in the front yard spilling water onto the street. Late review, but they deserve it! Had issues with our tankless water heater (would not heat up water) and called SEVERAL companies and people for get help. Nobody could or knew how to work on a tankless heater. Finally contacted Liberty Plumbing and right away assured me they could work on it. Albert came to our house and diagnosed the problem. Ivan was out today to fix a minor drain leak under the sink and thoroughly troubleshoot some water pressure issues. He was very confident, respectable, and willing to answer any questions. Albert had his crew where very communicative and punctual in regard to the set appointment time. Albert was very knowledge and informative which is very appreciated for someone who doesn't know about plumbing. I had a horrible smell coming my master bathroom, so I called Liberty plumbing! Ivan came and asked a couple questions, assessed my toilet and explained what he thought the problem was and what he would do to test it!
