We made an appointment for the same day, Victor and Gilbert showed up ON TIME, and identified the leak being under my sidewalk in the front yard, and they were able to repair it the same day. Yes he's knowledgeable but that's too much to ask for. He ended up breaking my wall which wasn't needed since the leak wasn't there and I got stuck fixing it or having someone else do so. He's young so I'm sure he's still getting the ropes of customer service but for us, that was the last time we will contact him for any questions or services. I ended up doing everything myself and have had no issues since but I would of been at a lost of almost half a grand if I would of gotten his service. I only spent fifty in parts and did the job myself. Sometimes it's better to ask YouTube for help instead of the amount the young plumbers ask for.
