Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.

Apex roofing came out to do a bid with my solar company. Alan, the contact person was helpful with…read moregetting a bid for a tile re-roof since I was going to install solar panels on the roof. The original roof only had skip sheathing since the house was built in the late 1970's and had to be up to code (7/16 OSB plywood sheathing, 30lb synthetic underlayment, bird stop flashing and new composition shingles over the AC system along with transition flashing along both sides of the AC system) for a solar panel install. It took the crew from start to finish in one weeks time. The concrete tile was broken as well as chipped and had to be replaced which was done after project completion. As a homeowner, be present while the work is being done so that any issues with the install is addressed, which for me were many. Overall, good value and money well spent
