He labeled my request for proof "ridiculous," explicitly refused to provide any evidence of the damage or repair costs, and stated he would no longer communicate with me. Furthermore, a representative named Angela Teaver threatened to file a police report over what is clearly a civil contractual disagreement--a tactic that may constitute a misdemeanor under Georgia law. ​FORMAL ACTIONS TAKEN: As a professional with 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in legal and compliance, I do not take these matters lightly. I have initiated the following: ​American Express: A formal dispute for the unauthorized charge. ​NMEDA: A formal mediation complaint with the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association, including all email correspondence. ​Legal & Regulatory: I am filing complaints with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB.
