Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the relationship I've had with your business over the years and hope you'll take it into consideration.

One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. I choose their Diamond service to make sure all my levels were ok for the long drive ahead. Today I started to change my oil and noticed a tool stuck in the panel next to the oil filter and it was the clip removing tool that removes the panel to access the oil filter. The panel clip was broken also. And the oil filter was a no name generic brand while I paid for a name brand filter included in the Diamond service. Auto Quick McDonough is quick to take your money and quick to preform shoddy work your vehicle and charge an outrageous price... Diamond oil change service $55.00 out the door for what? I have come learn that quick doesn't mean quality as the old adage goes... (their) haste makes (my) waste! = /
