I haven't bought a used vehicle at a dealership in many years, and this experience was top-rated. My salesrep Zak was friendly, professional and most of all HONEST. I won't go into too much detail here yet I must state that anyone buying a used car from a dealership (as is) should know that there are no guarantees. You should very thoroughly research the vehicle you are looking to buy beforehand so you will know if there are known issues. Zak and I discussed the pros and cons of vehicle (I was already very familiar with my vehicle as I had bought only this truck for the past 30 years. The truck had everything I needed except for one option, and so we negotiated having that option installed by the dealer, which they did, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the quality of integrity these folks showed. Before buying here I looked at their reviews and while almost all were 5 star, there were a few "unsatisfied" customers, and I noted they were almost all from reviewers who obviously didn't do their research. He knows his stuff, and it's clear that he absolutely loves cars...there are a dozen vintage models in his shop undergoing repair or restoration at any given time. I once saw someone bring in a model with a rare 1940's automatic clutch and I have never seen a mechanic so happy about anything. He is frighteningly competent, his prices are fair, and he's absolutely up front. You will never have to worry about unnecessary repairs, no matter your gender. Go, go, go see this guy.

I am writing this review to warn others about the disastrous experience I had with auto broker Phillip Franklyn Sr. operating out of EZ Mart Automotive LLC. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland that quickly turned out to be a complete lemon. Within 30 days of buying the car, it needed $5,300 in repairs, while simultaneously having to pay on a car loan with Westlake Financial LLC. Franklyn fraudulently signed paperwork without my consent, and the "warranty" he sold me covered absolutely nothing. After the check engine light came on, Franklyn sent me to one of his "certified" mechanic shops. Ironically, even that mechanic advised me the car was bad and he didn't want to touch it. A certified Jeep dealership discovered a litany of problems. When I contacted Franklyn, he promised to look into it but then disappeared. He dodged my calls until I reached him from a different number. Then he said the car was sold "as is" and there was nothing he could do. He lied throughout the entire process, and I was left with a broken-down car and a mountain of debt. Within 45 days, I lost the car and was still stuck with an $18,000 loan for a lemon. Since Georgia doesn't have a lemon law for "as is" sales, I have no recourse. This experience has been devastating to my mental health, and I will never trust another car broker again. Please learn from my mistake: Stay far away from Phillip Franklyn Sr. and EZ Mart Automotive LLC if you know what's good for you.
