Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

My puppy is a 5 month old Golden Retriever and he comes home happy and exhausted. I especially love that they have a calendar of events! I also appreciate they have cameras that you can access from home so you can watch your fur baby and know they're ok! The office staff continuously gives the runaround, promising the files "tomorrow" without ever delivering. Now, my insurance provider is threatening to reject the claim entirely because of this clinic's inexcusable delays. It is alarming and deeply sketchy that a vet clinic refuses to disclose a pet's medical records to their owner. If management is reading this: stop dodging my calls, stop saying "tomorrow," and release my dog's paperwork immediately before your negligence costs me my entire insurance coverage.

She's amazing! I was worried about how my pitbull pup, Marley, would react to someone new. He's really friendly but high energy. Some people aren't comfortable with that. So she came by to meet both dogs before I left. Marley is in love with Natalie. I hired her to come by during the day to walk and feed the dogs. She fed them just as I asked, and she took them out for potty breaks. I love that she sent videos each day to show me how they were doing. This was the best case scenario. Now we can go out of town whenever we want and leave them in great hands!!
