Doctor Mark Torke is a horrible doctor…read more He had 0 bedsides manners, and when he came in the room, he made me feel stupid. Like I was in an interrogation. I am 18 with severe shoulder issues. I came in the room confident and ready to get things fixed. As soon as he came in the room, he flustered me. I was shocked by the way he was acting. He said there was nothing wrong with me, and I should be exercising. The list of backhanded comments he gave me was plentiful. When I told him I physically could not without pain, he said "I don't care." Such a salty old man. He then forgot to discharge me, and I was stuck in the room he humiliated me in for 30 mins. Such a horrible experience. This isn't a post made out of anger for my results, he simply is the worst doctor I've ever been to, and he is the only one on that list! Never come here unless you want a doctor only coming for a paycheck and not your health!

Today is my 2 week followup on 6/2/23, with new X-ray to see if it's healing properly. Dr. Torke is a no nonsense, shoot from the hip type of guy, which is fine by me. I like to know the facts, what to do to heal, and be on my way. If I have questions, Dr. Torke is thorough with the answers - or finding answers. So far, I've been satisfied with my treatment in the past and now. The office staff is pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. If I have questions, they answer then or find someone with the answers.

Billing…read moreagent at the practice told me that she couldn't see where they had sent me any previous emails either. So I paid that bill with a different credit card than the one on file. I thought at that point it was over. Nope a few days later they charge me again on the previous credit card that I had used. Without authorization. The billing department has both people out now so I can't even talk to anyone about the issue. Now, while waiting for one of them to get back in the office... I just received another email saying my payment is due. Be very careful with billing this practice has issues with it.

If it wasn't for the support I got from my wife and PT Solutions I know I wouldn't have come this far. My wife always took time from work to drive me to and back from my therapy sessions. And the crew at PT Solutions always had my back and continued to work with me and give me the confidence I needed to help me endure. There were times I thought that I was just going to have to succumb and walk in pain with a cane. However Ly and her assistant Brittany never gave up and got me the extra sessions they knew I needed. It was really nice to be asked what my biggest challenge and my biggest complaints were. Sometimes these are the same answers. Professional care all around. All my orthopedic needs met. I feel so thankful and blessed. Thank you all so much! My right hip is taking a long time to heal but after all it's been through. I know I don't have to worry about any more surgery on this hip.
