From the moment I first called, the receptionist Lillian was so kind and welcoming, she clearly explained how everything works, which immediately put me at ease. My daughter had a soccer injury involving her knee and ankle, and we were fortunate to have Ross and Celeste as her physical therapists. They were both amazing....patient, attentive, and thorough. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explained every step to my daughter, and worked with us to create a plan that got her back on track. They also provided clear, helpful instructions for exercises to do at home. We were extremely happy with the care she received, and if we ever need physical therapy again, there's no question....we'll be coming right back here! I have been doing physical therapy here about a month. The therapists are really helpful and kind.

If I could give this place a zero or negative stars it would feel too generous. My expe here has been that disappointing. My experience at this physical therapy center has been deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make an informed decision. The level of unprofessionalism from several therapists is unlike anything I've encountered in a healthcare setting. Therapists openly talk about patients--either while the patients are present or immediately a after they leave--especially when someone isn't making the progress they expect. Instead of considering the patient's circumstances, limitations, or humanity, they place blame entirely on the patient. I heard comments such as, "It can't possibly be the therapist's fault," and even a therapist bragging about having a "come-to-Jesus conversation" with a patient on their very first visit simply because the patient wasn't doing exercises at home exactly as prescribed. There is zero consideration for the person as a whole. Their egos seem to overshadow any sense of compassion or professionalism. They constantly switch your appointments, so you never know who you'll be seeing. There is no continuity of care. Most of the time, they spend little to no time actually working with you--they put you on a machine or an exercise and walk away, leaving you to figure things out on your own. Despite this, they still ask patients to complete evaluations of the facility. But if you say anything less than glowing, they refuse to consider that the issue might be on their end. It makes you wonder why they ask for feedback at all. My honest recommendation: go anywhere else. Do therapy at home. Choose the worst-rated clinic you can find--it would still be better than this. Not only is the care ineffective, but they can actually cause more pain. Their lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism is alarming. Even if they offered therapy for free, I would advise you to walk--run if you can--in the opposite direction! read more

I can't say enough good things about Cohn Chiropractic! Dr. Jason Cohn is incredibly knowledgeable and truly tailors each visit to your specific needs. He uses a variety of techniques like heat, ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation (E-stim), massage guns, cupping (including dynamic cupping), KT tape, and, of course, expert manual adjustments, to address whatever's going on. The Y-Strap neck pull has been life-changing for me, I feel like a new person after it! He takes the time to address all concerns, never rushes you, and is committed to finding the root cause of your pain to get you feeling better. What I really appreciate is how he explains the "what" and "why" behind his methods, even using body info-graphic posters to educate you on what's happening in your body. I've brought my 7-year-old daughter for her own appointment, and Dr. Cohn was fantastic with her, proving he's great with patients of all ages. I've also needed to bring her along to a few of my appointments, and the team was more than accommodating, making it a stress-free experience. Located inside Physical Therapy Now, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it easy to relax. The staff is so kind, supportive, and genuinely happy to be there, which makes every visit a joy. I would highly recommend this place for any of your phys therapy needs. I was there for about three months, twice a week. The results I attained after the time there were amazing. I wish I could brag on one person there but everyone was awesome. I was actually a little sad to leave after reaching my goals. Ready for the gym now. read more
