I use this rental agency for one year. The negative issues I had were more than the positives I had with them. When I first moved in I everything was good but I started to notice things as time went on. I verbally notified the clerk that the house had lots of weeds, leaves, and the trash cans were full of trash. I then was told to just put it out on trash day. So I agreed. They told me no one will enter your house or premises with out a notice or a short heads up. I asked about the cooling in the house and they had no idea what kind of system was in the house. I was told they would call us and inform us. The next day I noticed boot prints in our front yard that lead to the back yard where I found swamp cooler trash. I didn't get a call until 3 days later after this happed. As fall approached I noticed the swap cooler wasn't cooling as much so the first thing I inspect was the water supply. Again someone had entered the yard from the side gate and remover the water supply for the cooler. I also put in for a work order that never was fixed. The kitchen sink for some reason had low pressure from the hot water supply. I did fallow up twice and the second time I was told it was placed under low priority because the water was still coming out. As I prepared to vacate I payed the last months rent and notified I would be out before mid month. I cleared the front and back yard for all trash and raked the huge lot. I cleaned each room twice to insure that they would be perfect. I scrubbed the baseboards, windows, window seals, walls, floors, doors and everything imaginable. I turned in my keys on the day I had promised and requested to be present the day of the inspection. One month later I received a call saying the inspection had been completed and they would send me the information via mail. At this point I was very upset. When the letter came it noted the weeds were over grown, the house was "dusty", small holes where the curtains hung needed repairs and that there were oil spots in the driveway. The best part was that I was charged for indoor, outdoor cleaning and repairs that totaled 800 dollars. This is a large rant but I made this to warn people for this place and that I do not recommend them at all. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. RENTER BEWARE!!!!! These people are crooks. We rented a house in Lenwood through this joke of a company. We recently purchased a house so we moved out. Of the $850 deposit we only got $185 back!!! We did not trash the place or leave it damaged, we even had the carpets cleaned before we moved out and provided them with a receipt. We were charged for them cleaning the carpets again! Lie #1 The ignorant, snotty girl in the office said the carpets left her feet black so they had to have them cleaned again. Lie #2 We were charged for patches that were on the walls throughout the house that were there when we moved in with the same incompetent girl saying we must have done it even though we barely hung any pictures. Lie #3 We were charged for a missing smoke detector when it was written in our walkthrough that it was missing. Lie#4 we made multiple requests to have things fixed that never were (gas stove in which the oven light would come on even though the knobs were turned to the off position, front door jam was jacked up and the door would stick and was difficult to lock and unlock). They also took days to respond to a water emergency in which water was spraying out of a pipe on the side of the house costing us money by having to pay a higher water bill. Also, when we originally moved in the house was dirty with dead bugs everywhere and we ended up footing the bill for the damages that were present when we moved in. DON'T RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THE OWNER MARY IS ALSO CONVENIENTLY NEVER AVAILABLE. Just recieved my closing deposit after moving out of one of their properties. Was charged for damages, missing items among others that were clearly marked on initial inspection sheet. Placed multiple requests for repairs that the office failed to notate. Biggest issue was having to wait 4 days for them to send a plumber out to fix an exterior pipe that was spraying water into the street. And I bet you can guess who got stuck paying that water bill too. Highly recommend you move on to another company. read more

This is one of the worst rental agencies in the high desert. Please read and believe the reviews. I was looking for a decent comfortable home for my family and none of their rentals are it. They are filthy to the point where you feel you might vomit just walking in. Rat droppings, huge cockroaches, and spiders all over their properties. This agency basically takes your $45 and tells you that the house you were interested is no longer available. They are not helpful what so ever, so if you are a first time renter definitely do your research. The worst part of it all is the manager is literally stupid, she can't calculate basic math. She will pull numbers out of her ass without proof. She also is extremely rude and snappy, she hardly lets you get in a word in over her big ass mouth. I would definitely take your money and energy where a agency will actually be helpful and want your business. Don't ever go through them to rent! We rented a house from them for 900 and a 900 deposit. When we moved into the property there was weeds growing in the back yard and stains the the tub and sink also in the kitchen. We took pics of everything that was wrong. so we didn't get charged for it when we moved out. When we did move out we had the carpets cleaned gave a recept to them. They are trying to say we didn't clean the house before we moved out. I busted my @$$ cleaning it better than when we moved in. One blind was messed up and they are trying to say they need to buy them for the whole house now which is bs because we just bought the same blinds for our house thst we just mo ed into they aren't special blinds. The owner of the house kept saying how we were the best tenets he had and how much we take care of his house blah blah blah. The place had plumbing issues had a leak in one bathroom and had to stop using it. When we had an issue that needed to be fixed the owner hired tweakers to come and fix our stuff. I will never call or contact this property company in my life again without a lawyer! The lady has the biggest attitude in all of California. I submitted my application, the next day I received an e-mail, stating she giving me back the money and basically I got that I'm not worth it. The property in question was ready on the 15th, then the 20th. She had the nerve to ask me if I called before I submitted the application, I believe they should state that before anyone did so. With an attitude I mind you. The property is very well kept and I'm not sure why but she stated that they needed 3x the rent, but the application says 2 1/2x rent. So, something is clearly wrong here and they know it. I told her due the rental pricing I may not find another property company to rent from. They are choosing to discriminate the application process,and then place blame that you don't have it together come the first intial call to just let you know that you were submitting improper documents. Lol. She even got upset when she mentioned I submitted my bank account statement! I'll never do that again!!! Ever!!!!! They don't even deserve to breathe! read more

We entered a contract to rent our house two months ago with little to no contact afterwards preparing the house to market. The Office employees that answer the phone did not know what was going on to offer a status to our progress. We both had to take time away from work for an appointment that was missed because it was forgotten about to look at th house along with numerous unanswered emails. The signed contract was never mailed to us as promised until the day we declared to formally cancel our services two months later. Although we feel that no services were rendered, the company still insists that we pay the $75 contract cancellation fee. Seems they are more concerned about the money aspect than overall cutomer satisfaction. I would not be writing this review had the fee been waived. Home owner's beware. They are eager to get you started in a contract but fail misserably in their follow-up and just communications in general. The owner most of time is not available in the office when you call and the employess that answer don t know what is going on other than to say Mary is not available.
