Very overpriced work - I would look elsewhere. We have used them twice and were left feeling unsatisfied both times. They are nice guys so I wanted to give it a second shot but, unfortunately, same outcome. They came out the first time to fix a small leak from our toilet. He was able to fix it, but charged $150 for a small piece. They came out the second time for a water leak through our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They looked everywhere for the leak and could not find where it was coming from. They drilled a small hole and put a camera through it to try to find the leak, still no luck. They charged us $200 and the leak still remains. I will be looking elsewhere moving forward for any and all plumbing work. read more

Great customer service. Called for help with what I thought was my water heater. I was initially given a window of 10a-12p. Raul showed up around 10:45. He was great at explaining what he found. He was respectful and didn't try to exaggerate what was needed to unneeded expenses. Best part was at the end of the consultation it was zero cost! I am so happy I found these guys. I had them come out to fix a issue that a previous plumber attempted to fix. (I will be posting a review on there account soon. Depending on the outcome of the negotiation refund I will be asking them for) Back to Trust Rooter. I called them the day before they came out. The second they answered the phone it was like a fresh breath of air. Super black and white. So Marvin from Trust Rooter came out the next morning and immediately knew what the issue was. He explained to me that the previous plumber almost fixed the issue. Had the previous plumber actually ran a main sewer line to the drain out I would have had a working sewer pipe. Instead they ran the main sewer pipe from city to almost the house. I was so disappointed that they did this to me. I mean what the hell. Who does this. Now I have to pay extra for a second company to fix a half completed job. I wish I would have found Trust Rooter before hiring previous plumber. I am no plumber but I would have even had the common sense to start the main sewer line from house to city. Not the other way around. So so disappointed on the other plumbing company. This is my second review for Trust Rooter. The first was also 5 Stars. I called yesterday at 9:05 am. I told the lady who took the call I I wanted a Video done of my drain line because I am smelling sewer gas. I asked for the previous Tech, Marvin. She said he could be out between 11am and 2pm. He arrived at 11am. He said I did not need a video (saved me money) because he knew where the ruptured pipe was located. He gave me a fair estimate of the cost, opened the outside wall and replaced all of the 70 year old copper line that could be reached and everything under my kitchen sink. He cleaned the debris and tested the line and was gone by 3:30 pm. This is a local family run company we should use. The national companies charge the local offices franchise fees and cost the customer more with less experienced personnel who leave when they have enough knowledge to open their own company. read more
