first off I called originally to see what prices were on a new toilet vs providing my own. I never said I was providing my own. it was a possibility but I never told them I was supplying my own. called on a Tuesday to confirm the 11-1 window I was given, nobody showed up. I called asking why and the woman whoever that was, didn't save it to my profile. re scheduled it for today (Friday) called in the morning to confirm that they were coming between 3-5 and that they were supplying the toilet that I will purchase. Guy shows up without the toilet, leaves to go get it and comes back. Ramon was awesome, whoever is in charge of the phones sucks. And, Mike (the owner) made great recommendations on the brand of toilet that might work best in our 6th floor condo.
