They came out same day for a drainage emergency... checked it out gave a quote and got the job done within an hour They even gave us a thorough description of what they did and what we may need to do in the future to prevent these issues from arising and details on our pipes conditions. This is a copy/paste of my Google review. I apologize for the length but wanted it to be clear WHY I was unhappy: If you look at my other reviews, you'll see I have no qualms about calling out unprofessional work BUT am quick to also give Kudos when due. In this case, I was actually just going to leave it alone until this morning and now, quite honestly, I am beyond annoyed. I did answer a company sent survey that wasn't all highly rated(and now will share here, why) but I guess I have had worse service where I wasn't going to bother to share to the world. Until I got woken up at 8:45am this morning - SUNDAY- to my phone ringing to question my review sent! Although technically LEGAL, certainly unnecessary and unprofessional to call someone at that hour, on a Sunday, because you got a 3 star rating! As to the service - I called them a few weeks ago after deciding I had enough of the many plumbing issues in my townhouse, and wanted to fix at least SOME. I'd love to have done ALL but had to borrow from Peter to pay Paul to do what I did just this time. Kitchen faucet has a leak that I knew needed replacing, upstairs toilet was running forever and needed fixing and I had a downstairs toilet that hadn't worked in years that I just sort of lived with. I'd toyed with the idea of Home Depot, looking at various fixtures but also called these guys for a quote. Came out right away, within like a day of my calling - happy about that - and pointed out what needed to be fixed, etc. MY issue, from the start, was the 'matter of fact...this is what we'll do' response. No questions to me about preferences, choice of brands, etc. . Just "this is it'. I'd even asked "what if I go to HD and buy everything and you put it in?". That idea was immediately shot down, "no, not a good idea". It was only when I mentioned I'd at least like a sink with a sprayer now that I'm fixing it I was told "oh then we can do a ...." That was the extent of preferences. Didn't ask what kind of toilet I wanted, just decided it all for me. NOW, to answer anyone's obvious question - YES, I could have moved on, gotten more quotes, etc. Weighing one against the other though, getting the leaks fixed was my priority and just wanted to get it done. They showed on time, got the work done quickly, AND it seems to work fine - going to give points for that BUT.... (and it's a pretty big but to me)....what I hadn't noticed for a few days because I don't go in there daily, was the cabinet under my bathroom sink had leaked and my personal items under had been soaked, and moved aside as what I assume the water in there cleaned up. Now, I do have a leak in that sink (it's a dual sink, I use the one that DOESN'T leak, kept the one that does off for years now). I have the plug closed and faucet tight so not to accidentally be used. I never thought to mention this to them as the purpose up there was A TOILET. But apparently they ran the faucets full force to (I later figured out) to drain the pipes completely before working but never A) ASKED if it was ok to do so and B)after obviously seeing the exent of what happened after they did never bothered to TELL ME it happened. Again, only after going in there a few days later and seeing everything that was still wet and/or ruined and moved around was my only way of knowing this. So yes, needless to say, I wasn't handing out FIVE STARS for this. But, to go back to my original reason for writing now. WHO THE HELL CALLS AT 8:45am ON A SUNDAY TO DISCUSS THIS???? And then when I texted back 45 min later(after not being able to fall back to sleep) asking this same question, I didn't even get an apology, just "I wanted to discuss your review and what happened". Found Clogbusters on Yelp and called them because of their 5 star rating. My bathroom drain was clogged and backed up. I called them on a Sunday and Melodie setup the appointment for Monday morning. Received both an email and text confirming the appointment. About 40 minutes before the appointment, Luis he called to say he was on the way. After seeing the problem in the bathroom, Luis went outside to check the septic tank area to make sure the ground was not wet, which might indicate that there is a septic tank issue. Next, he got up on the roof and ran a camera down the pipe to confirm the blockage. He then ran the snake down the same pipe and cleared out the blockage. After the blockage was cleared and the water went down, he reran the camera to check the septic tank for issues. I am extremely happy with the results of the job and the additional feedback I received regarding the septic tank. In addition, the chemicals I had used to try and unclog the drain myself caused some weird stains on the tub. I though I had ruined the tub. Luis had a product called KRC7 that he let me use and after a few minutes my tub looked brand new. I was actually more worried about the stains than the clogged drain. I would highly recommend Clogbusters and call them again! read more

Quick Response time. Very friendly and clean work. I found a micro pin hole leak in one of my copper pipes that must have been there for years. the drywall swelling gave me a clue to investigate. About a week ago I noticed water pressure was really low at home. I called Clogbusters and they came out the following day. Upon arrival they immediately noticed that the valve was broken in the closed position. Within less than an hour they cut it out and welded in a new piece. Very easy to work with! Arrived at scheduled time and even called ahead to make sure we would be home. Completed repairs to an exterior faucet for very reasonable price. We originally called them out to look at a water heater connection that was questioned during a home inspection. On Christmas night, I discovered water pouring out from underneath our kitchen cabinets. It was a ton of water and we ended up having to shut the water off from the valve beneath the sink. The next day we called Clogbusters and set up an appointment for them to come and evaluate what was going on. They came out when they said they would and called beforehand to remind us of their arrival time. They were able to assess what the problem was fairly quickly, however, they needed to come back to fix it since it was a pipe inside my kitchen wall. Again, they called and came exactly when they said they would. It was not very long and they had the pipe replaced with a brand new one. They are very friendly and they work very quickly and neatly. This was my 2nd time calling them out to my house. The first time it was just to get an estimate for some plumbing work that would have simply been cosmetic as we switched from a regular type hot water heater to a tankless one and had some copper piping left in the closet from the original heater. However, Louis (the owner) told us we didn't really need to eliminate the copper pipes unless we really wanted to. In the end, we haven't done anything with the pipes, but one day we may decide to do the work just to have the closet looking neater. I find this company to be very reliable and honest and I highly recommend them. Hopefully, I won't have any more plumbing woes for a very long time, but if I do, I will be calling them. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I messed around with a garbage disposal/dishwasher problem for two weeks trying to troubleshoot it myself. After reading a ton of good reviews on Nextdoor I finally gave up and messaged them in the middle of the night requesting an appt. Melody called me bright and early, Luis called me when she said he would, and got here when he said he would. He and his co-worker came in, asked a few questions, got right to work, explained my options, and done! I'm back in business! Well, I did get a call back. It wasn't too long of a wait. Was told a certain price to come out and then the cost would go towards the final bill. $125.00, on Saturday. But when I mentioned he would most likely have to go up on the roof. The cost jumped to 275.00 or $375.00. I forget which !! Can you imagine that? ?? Just to snake your kitchen sink drain ? Come on guys, So go to Home depot and rent a snake for 36.00 for 4 hrs. Called this morning and set a date to put a garbage disposals in my mother's house. I was fine with a Wednesday appointment . l received a call a hour later and was told they had someone in the neighborhood can they do it now. The repair man was professional and very efficient in what he was doing. I had drainage issues with a home hat had been vacant for nearly a year. Clogbusters happened to be wrapping up a job in the area and came directly to my home. They diagnosed and cleaned out all of my vents, and found my main sewer line, which was under 6" of dirt. Luis and his partner were friendly, offered tips, answered questions, and did little things like laying down cloth by the front door and wiping their feet, and cleaning up after themselves while working inside the house.
