I let the owner know what…read morehappened, and he had just fixed my neighbors garage converting his Wayne dalton system to a torsion system. Apparently the Wayne dalton system doesn't last long, you get what you pay for and builders love to use that system because it's cheap. Eric said he could either replace my current system for less, or convert the system to a more reliable one. Everything I read online matched what Eric said. He didn't have availability until the next day, 11am but I let him know to please call if something opens up. He called saying he could arrive an hour early which was fine by me. He took about 55 minutes to replace the spring bar, was reasonably price and friendly. I am recommending him to all my neighbors.

I called them a few months ago to come look and fix it. They came out, but the noise continued, but a little quieter and they reassured me everything was as it should be. Every time I opened the garage I had a gut feeling something was wrong. Now it stopped working. I called them, David picked up, he seemed to give me any excuse not to come out, first claiming it was the motor (which we replaced a few years ago, so it is not that old), then claiming the company is OUT OF BUSINESS. My whole experience has been shady with this company. I wish I used a more reputable company initially.
