Great overall experience having two garage door openers replaced (one from 1996! Crazy!). Wendy is super awesome to talk to (and so knowledgeable) and Chris and his trainee (also Chris) were great on installation day. Looking forward to working with Your Garage Door Guys again in 12-18 months when it is time to replace both garage doors. Your Garage Door Guys is a quality company that represent first friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and ontime service windows. The app that is downloaded to your phone for the convenience of opening your garage door from your phone is wonderful. I experienced a glitch with the app and could not open my garage door from the app. I called the Your Garage Door Guys and explained the issue. Wendy who makes the appointments, gave me a service call window and sent out a service person. To my surprise is was the owner Brent and he was within the given time of service and in less than 10 minutes fix the problem. I am not tech savvy therefore I appreciated his knowledge and he explained how I can fix the app issue if it happens again. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Brent, Adrian, and Wendy have all been a pleasure to work with. Since buying my home I've had some issues with the original garage door and motor. Ultimately I bought a new one and had it installed by Your Garage Door Guys. They have never been pushy with sales, they even gave me a recommendation on a motor that I got on sale from Home Depot and they were happy to install it. They are always on time and friendly. Brent just came out to help when my sensors became unaligned and helped to show me some basic troubleshooting for the future as well. They always go above and beyond to make adjustments and lubricate the proper parts for me as well. We scheduled an appointment and ended up having a bad motor so we decided to go with a new LiftMaster belt drive unit. He had it cleanly installed in about an hour and it is working well. Brent called back immediately to schedule a consult (even though he was at an appointment with his child). Once we decided what we wanted (a new garage opener system and a new basic roll-up door), it was a matter of a week before installation. This company was quick, so friendly, and fair in the pricing.
