Our driver provided an excellent service and will make sure you or your elders don't fall on stairs and arrive at your doorstep safely. Fabulous in ever…read more After hour months of rehab, I was ready to come home. My son researched caregiving agencies near me and liked what he read about Caring Angels. We called them. My first encounter with Caring Angels was when I met Jason, who runs this agency. Jason is very impressive. He is exactly what you'd hope for: he listens, he reassures and provides options for a variety of services that Caring Angels provide. I ended up needing a caregiver for five hours a day, M-F. My current caregiver is Crishiel, who has been with me for four months. Crishiel is extremely cheerful, knowledgeable and smart. She pays close attention to visiting nurses and therapists who visit weekly and is able to duplicate the same procedures or therapies during the rest of the week. She is able to talk to these professionals in an articulate manner and asks good questions. She really cares and wants to help me get better. She's a good cook, too! I reached out to Care Transport to book two wheelchair transportation rides for my father, one for…read morea doctor's appointment and one for dialysis. The first ride was cancelled by the company within less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride because they accidentally double booked. I was left scrambling, with only 2 hours left in the business day, to find alternate transportation myself. Less than 48 hours later, the 2nd ride was also cancelled by the company the day before the scheduled ride; this time, I wasn't even called and given a heads up, I just received an email notifying me that I was being refunded. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that the driver called out and so they wouldn't be able to do the ride any longer. My father had to miss his dialysis appointment because the Friday afternoon cancellation left me practically no time to find him alternate arrangements. To say that my experiences with this company are disappointing would be an understatement. Be cautious and have a backup plan if you choose to book their services.
