Awful experience with "trustworthy" cleaning services. They are definitely not trustworthy at all, more like scammers. We paid $400 for move out deep cleaning ("deep cleaning" according to them). After they started cleaning we get a message from them saying they need to add more than $200 for a "deeper" cleaning. We refused thinking the "move out deep cleaning" they originally promised would be clean enough. But noooo they told the cleaners to stop cleaning because we would not add $200 for "deeper cleaning" and we came back after 5 hrs with living room + all 4 bedrooms dirty as shit. The floor still had dog hair and a bunch of dust and trash everywhere. The only thing they cleaned were two little bathrooms and wiping down the kitchen. They claimed that the cleaners cleaned whatever they could in 5 hrs, which is comical. First of all, the person in charge was not even there with the cleaners. Also, anyone would be able to do waaayyy more than that in 5 hrs. The cleaners just sat around after their boss told them to stop cleaning after we refused to pay extra $200 for their scammy business. My husband and I had to clean ourselves after the cleaners just drove off without saying anything. To vacuum the floor took 30 minutes. Why can't they do this under 5 hrs? I called them asking if we could get a refund for not delivering what they promised originally for $400- "DEEP" move out cleaning. I do not recommend trustworthy cleaning services! My first appointment with them they were 5 hrs late. My second appointment that was confirmed for this morning they never showed up. No call, no text, no nothing. You literal can't get ahold of them because their calling service is AI and you can't talk to a live person. Instead of an apology or explanation of what happened this morning my boyfriend receives a email to confirm another day and time next weekend and suddenly our appointment this morning is removed from the books. Also we are on an auto monthly subscription for cleanings. We've given them days that work for us. But they have schedule random days and times for the next 4 months that do not work for us. Trustworthy cleaners is not a reliable Cleaning Service. They have terrible customer service. And they are not friendly. I paid for a move out with this company, not expecting anything great, as the reviews weren't amazing, but I called and they were one of the only companies that said they'd clean up some of the walls in the house so I went with them. I train dogs, so a few walls were pretty gross. Enter first run over. It wasn't the same day. It was probably quite far off, as I live 30+ minutes away now. No one had access to the house. I arrived to dog fur all over the floor, wood, dead bugs, blinds that hadn't been cleaned of more dead bugs, and walls that hadn't been touched. It wasn't like these walls were discreet. They literally look like they're covered in dirt and piss. Because they are. I called. They asked for pictures, I sent them, they came back out. I went back. Bugs gone. Walls untouched. Fur still in the exact same place. A literal, whole plastic cap still sitting on the carpet, and piss all over my walls. I'll repeat that ten more times. I called. Sent pictures ahead of a response. Never. Heard. Back. At. All. I want my money back. I could have done a better job vacuuming with one arm. To boot, they cranked my A/C down to 63 and left it there and left at least 10 lights on the second time they were out. This company is a joke. They are unprofessional, lie about their capabilities, and then ignore you when you call them for what they are. They are so thorough that every time I come home from a regular clean I feel like I'm in a house that has been reset like a computer. At this point I anticipate the smell and room in my house every other Friday. They clean under all of my furniture. They ensure my office is neat without bothering stuff that I'm clearly working on. They change sheets and vacuum and wipe everything. They get all the kitchen bits off of the kitchen so my stove looks brand new. Fantastic work. I've been using them weekly since 2022-02, so a full year. In that year they have flexibly handled my out-of-town plans and emergency moves. I think I have moved appointments at least four times with no hassle. My house just received a deep clean as well which successfully reset my kitchen and bedrooms. DONT DO IT! This company is anything but TRUSTWORTHY! I hired them for a move out deep cleaning and carpet shampooing, I was quoted $580 which was already super steep in pricing. I decided to do it anyway because they say they guarantee 100% satisfaction or they'll come back and fix it for free. I paid my deposit days in advance and set up the appointment. They changed the show up time 5 times! The night before the cleaning we agreed 10am show up time. This is for my sister's house who is out of state currently so I have to take my toddlers to the babysitter and then drive to the house to let the cleaners in, which is not a big deal if I know what time to be there. Well the morning of the cleaning it changed to 11:15am so I left my house later because the time got pushed back. I was in the middle of dropping my kids off at the babysitters when I got a call saying the cleaners were at the house and couldn't get in... it was only 10:15! They were an hour early! I told them I was on my way and would be there in 10 minutes. When I got to the house, they were gone! I called back and was told they left so they could respect my original time window! I reminded them that I said I was only 10 minutes away and that they shouldn't have left. So then, I had to wait 2 hours at the house for them to come back because they went to a different job! Finally they got there and I let them in the house. I went inside to let the cleaners know i was leaving to go run some errands and I would be back later and I find them sitting and talking, not cleaning! I left to go run errands and I get a call saying they are going to need 2 hours extra time to finish the cleaning and it will be $240 more! At first I said no way because I already paid $580! But I was told they could no longer guarantee my satisfaction and could not guarantee they would be done. So I paid another $240 and told them I expect it to be finished. When they were done, they left. I went back in the morning to inspect the house and it was filthy! For $800, I expected it to be clean! I texted them pictures and then came back out the next day to touch it up. I went to check the house again and it was still dirty even after the touch up and paying $800! The new tenants were due to move into the house the next day so I had no choice but to clean the house myself after paying them to do it and giving them 2 chances to get it right. I asked them for a refund of the $240 extra I paid since the house still was not clean and they have ignored my texts, emails and calls. They claim they guarantee 100% satisfaction but that is a lie. They left the house still unacceptably filthy for the money I paid and I am not happy that I had to still go in and clean it myself before the new tenants moved in. I want my $240 back! I caught them sitting down and then they have the nerve to say they need more time and make me pay?? And it's still not clean after all that? Don't trust this company! You will regret it! read more

I used this company for a Move Out clean of my home. Prior to leaving the home all the doors were in working condition. I received a text from Trustworthy over an hour into the booked clean stating that they had "found the door with no hinges" accompanied with a picture that had no proof of anything in such condition. When I returned to the home to inspect, the door appeared to have been forced off the track and the track bent. Trustworthy is claiming no responsibility. Additionally, all of my blinds were left in disarray. The back door of my home was also left unlocked. If you will not be present during your clean I suggest having documentation somehow that everything is in working order. Absolutely will not be using this company again. read more

Paid $600 for a deep clean that was barely a clean! The only good thing is that everyone (manager, contact person, and maids) was very nice and scheduling the service was easy. The maids spent SIX HOURS in our home while our dog was outside in the heat. They did NOT wipe down the tops of the toilets. They did NOT dust all of the blinds. They dusted about half the house (not sure why just half). Their vacuum cleaner was either broken or full because they turned it on and pushed it around but the floor was obviously not vacuumed. I paid $600 to have to vacuum myself. They didn't wipe down the mantle. When I complained, they only offered to send the same people back to our house to further inconvenience us. No offer to even at least refund the money they charged us over the quoted about of $380. Don't let this company take advantage of you the way they took advantage of me. read more

My Family and I were looking for a Deep Cleaning service to return a rental home and found good reviews on "Trustworthy Cleaning Services LLC". We had started deep cleaning on the 2nd floor, but required support with 1st floor and carpets to deliver on-time. One lady arrived early the scheduled day and started the cleaning upstairs. We needed to leave the house and came back 5 hours later, thinking that one lady was still cleaning. The house was left without a lock and the lady left to her next job. I hadn't received any call nor text to let me know the service was done. After we started checking, we found several places where no-deep-cleaning was done. Customer service arranged for another person to come back and finish that same day, but never came. We finished cleaning ourselves to deliver the house the next day. After reporting this abuse to customer service, I demanded a refund for the 50% of the deep cleaning fee. I only got 100 usd discount on 400 usd fee. I don't recommend this company, they are lacking supervision of their cleaning crew, and client service once the cleaning is done. read more

They came in and got right to work. A few hours later they were all done and to say I was impressed is an understatement. My house has never looked better. They're cleaning was good but that's not where I have the problem. The problem I have is that we left a key under the mat for them to come in and out of our house. When they left our house they did not leave the key under the mat and they left our door unlocked. So when I asked where our key was, the CEO Marisel (or That's who they told me they were) called me and said how careful they are with the keys, and how nobody ever takes them home, and how she personally looks over them. I asked them if they could help me change my locks, and she said no. Flash forward 2 hours, Marisel shows up at my doorstep And has no idea what I'm talking about. Apparently the woman I was talking to was not the CEO and lied to me about where my key was the whole time. The person who cleaned my house did end up taking it home. beyond the fact that they refused to help me change my locks after not following up with how they handle keys, they lied straight to my face! Three strikes and you're out. I scheduled what they said was the first available appointment for deep cleaning, the next Friday. On Wednesday, I received a text asking to confirm my appointment on Thursday. I said my appointment was for Friday, but Thursday would be fine. So they said the cleaners would arrive Thursday at 12:00. Thursday morning, I received a text confirming that the crew would arrive between 11:50 - 12:20. Noon came and went. At 12:36, I texted to ask whether they were still coming and got no reply. I called at 12:48 and was told that they were on their way. Two cleaners finally showed up some time after 1 pm. They came in without introducing themselves or asking any questions and started to set up. I showed them around and got the kids out of the house to let them work. Shortly after I left, I got a text saying that they wanted extra time on top of the 3.5 hours I had already paid for. The total was over $360, after a Yelp discount. The house wasn't all that dirty, but I wanted it to be perfect, so I agreed. We didn't get any notification when they were done, but we eventually returned to find them gone. The house was cleaner, but it was far from what I would consider a deep clean. It was certainly nothing like the extreme before-and-after photos touted on their website. It was obvious that many walls and shelves and floors and the inside of the refrigerator had barely been touched. I contacted the company to let them know I was displeased, and they offered to send someone out to clean more. I said I'd prefer to get a carpet cleaning, and they agreed to send a carpet cleaning technician to clean two rooms on Friday at 1:00. I called to confirm that the technician was coming at 12:35 and they assured me he was on his way. 1:00 came and went. At 2:00, I texted to ask where the technician was and got no response. Finally, we called and were told that the technician was in a car accident, and also that the traffic was bad due to SXSW. (One excuse or the other would have been sufficient.) The appointment was rescheduled for Monday morning at 8 am. I made it clear that they would need to arrive on time, because I had to go to work afterwards. You'll never guess what happened next. I called at 8:06 and was told that the cleaner would be there within 30 minutes. I waited until 9 am and then left for work, with no cleaner in sight. At 9:14, I received a text at work saying "technician has arrived and was knoking for a while but no one answers the door. How may he enter today? PLEASE ADVISE!" By that time, it was too late. Three appointments, two late by over an hour, one missed altogether. Over $360 for a "deep cleaning" that didn't include basic wiping down of obvious drips and residue and left dirty water under the bath mat. I called them because they offer paint splatter removal. Gave very focused list since house had been recently cleaned. After 1 hr they called saying they would need 4 hours. Went to check on work next day and 3 of the 6 items in my list had not been completed. Spent two days and over 8 calls trying to schedule the retouch and get some follow up photos. Three hours late, locked me out of home, case has been opened in small-claims court. [DETAILS] Cleaners arrived three hours after the time I booked. Frustrating that I had to wait around that time but whatever. I had to leave by then, and instructed them in how to lock up. However, the cleaners did not understand or listen to my instructions, and slid my key back under the door, locking me out. I had to pay $260 to call an emergency locksmith to drill my lock and let me back in. Trustworthy's response to me is that the cleaners cannot receive any instructions and all requests must go through the main office. (This is nowhere in their terms of service). Do you really want to bring cleaners into your home whose official position is "we can't listen to you"? The actual work was mediocre. We just rented a house this summer and called Trustworthy to come clean before we move in. They gave me a quote for a standard move in cleaning at $187 for 2 hrs. My husband let the 2 cleaning ladies in while he took care of moving-related issues on his iPad (transferring services, post office, etc). After 1.5 hrs, the cleaners started loading their truck without even saying anything to my husband. He asked if they were done and they said yes. He went in the house to inspect and found a sloppy job done. The blinds were still very dusty as though they didn't even dust them. The microwave was not wiped down. He went back outside to talk to the cleaners only to find their truck was gone. They had already left. But Trustworthy still charged us for 2.2 hrs. I called to let them know they only cleaned for 1.5 hrs and did a bad job so I should not be charged for the full 2 hrs. The lady I spoke with said she will let her supervisor know and call me back. I never got a call back. So I tried again a few days later and had to explain the whole thing again to the lady I spoke with (different from the first). She said there's no note of anything in my account about the issue and there's nothing she can do. There was a lot of going back and forth, trying to get a manager/supervisor on the phone but it seemed like they were just trying to avoid having to deal with the unfortunate situation. So anyway, I don't recommend Trustworthy Cleaning. They're not trustworthy at all and will scam you. read more

I called for a deep clean on my first home purchase, the home was completely empty although quite dirty from the previous owners. I detailed to them what I needed done and they recommended their deep cleaning package. But after the service, which was EXPENSIVE, I figured the house would be almost move in ready. I don't expect spotless but I didn't expect almost NOTHING done! I seriously considered they didn't even come? Floors, baseboards, light fixtures, counters, greass underneath kitchen cabinets, door frames still thick with dust and fur, window and window sills with dirt and grime etc it didn't look like they were touched at all! I was annoyed but I called them to let them know i was dissatisfied with the service and they asked for proof (see pictures). After they reviewed my pictures they said they were sending people back to reclean. This is where I actually got angry, I came to the house after the SECOND cleaning and again, NOTHING OF WHAT I ASKED FOR WAS DONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are FAR from trustworthy. Besides the several calls and texts I received for the company changing the scheduled time for my move out clean the day of, I was also never notified of a completion of a clean, or that my very expensive clothing and carpets would be STOLEN from my washer and dryer. Move outs are incredibly stressful as is and I had other scheduled appointments at my new location. Since I didn't have a washer and dryer at my new location, I was doing all my laundry for my clothing and carpets at my rental property that I was moving out of. No where in the contract or estimate for Trustworthy Cleaning Services does it say anything about cleaning a washer or dryer or removing items from them. I've been back and forth on the phone for days now with the cleaning company and I've received excuse after excuse about where my belongings were put. I arrived at 5pm back to my rental property to grab my belongings and do a final walk through and my clothes and carpets were no where to be found. I've given the company every opportunity to return my belongings. They told me the maids they had at my rental property were their very best and they would never steal anyone's belongings and that they left my clothes and carpets in trash bags in front of my garage. WHY would anyone ever do that? The maids mentioned they saw some homeless people in the area and they probably stole my things - really? A clear indication of their own theft. No one would steal trash bags in front of a garage and after living in the area for a year, I know it was a very safe neighborhood. I have now filed a police report. Bad experience with Trustworthy Cleaning Services! I used their online scheduling to setup a deep move out cleaning for a garage apartment I own. I wanted to get it ready for the next tenant. This apartment had new flooring upstairs, a new fridge, new countertop and sink, faucet in the kitchen. There wasn't much to clean except the oven and bathroom, and a wipedown of all surfaces. We had pre-vacuumed to make it easy for them. They called about an hour into the cleaning and said it would be 238.00 Seemed high for something 750 sq ft and not that dirty to begin with, but I said okay. I walked in the next day and realized they had set the AC on 65 degrees and left it there. The doormat was thrown on the front porch with a sponge underneath it. Inside, I couldn't see much evidence of cleaning except the stove and bathroom (which looked good). I had disconnected the stove and pulled it away from the wall for them in advance. They didn't both to clean under it - there was trash underneath you could see without even moving it. My disappointment did not stop there. Numerous dust bunnies in the corners just a few inches off the floor. The AC vents and ceiling fan blades were all caked with dust - as if they had not been touched. I reached out to Trustworthy Cleaning and sent them some photos. No response! I had a tenant moving in today so I had to go in and do a secondary cleanup myself. I'll never use this company again, and I would not recommend them. I feel I was ripped off. After finishing this review I will post some pictures. read more
