Matt's crew did a wonderful job cleaning a VERY DIRTY rental house of mine after the former tenants completely trashed it over the period of two years. Matt is a prompt communicator and runs a tight ship. He doesn't tolerate shoddy work, dishonesty or theft. Such a great company! I needed my car detailed after discovering mice in our garage and in my car. Obviously, it was disgusting and I was desperate to find someone who could help de-mouse the car, preferably without me having to get in the car and drive it with a possible mouse-palooza going on somewhere in the car. I called Pristine at about 7:00pm the night we discovered the problem and they were so awesome, returned my call within 30 minutes, and coordinated a detail for my car the following morning at 7:30am! They came to my door, picked up the car, and about 2 hours later I had my car back sans mouse evidence and looking Pristine! (See what I did there??) While I hope to never have this problem again, I do hope to use this company and their services in the future which extend far beyond car de-mousings. read more

Had my house deep cleaned this past weekend. Crew of 3 ladies came by for the job and were very thorough and efficient. My 3 bed/2 bath home was sparkling in about 3 hours. I was amazed at the job they did with my microwave and oven. They look brand new! Also scrubbed cabinets, baseboards, window sills and dusted all the hard to reach spots. I will be hiring this company to continue with biweekly cleanings because this experience has been so life changing. The owners provide top of the line customer service and rates are reasonable for the high quality of work. They didn't miss a thing and knew not to throw away anything by default which has been a problem with other companies in the past. My place looks great now and smells great! They dusted everything, made the stove look new, and took good care of my dishes. I've been waiting for a cleaning service like this. I contacted them and they were at my apartment in less than 24 hours. I have animals so it's hard to keep up with the dander that gets everywhere, but they dusted, wiped down, swept, ORGANIZED, and disinfected EVERYTHING! Even my baseboards are back to new. If I could leave a zero star I would! Here is the reason 1. They was suppose to pay me my check every 21days however on my very first check they wrote me a bad check which bounced putting my bank account at a negative balance due to depositing a check the company wrote in my name. Secondly I called in spoke to Kate and she advised me that the checks go out at 5pm, when u called she forwarded my call and than I called the head boss by the name of michael and mat who told me that now I would have to wait until 7pm to receive my check which they put under a door mat in South Austin located at a house! Third thing they are very unprofessional disrespectful and have no idea what they are doing as business owners. I would advise no one to work for this company unless u want to be driving an hour in Austin traffic just to get to a house and the check is not there, reminding you all that they put YOUR CHECK UNDER A DOOR MAT AND NOT IN YOUR HAND!!! read more
