Instead, she took the exact same ruined donuts and placed them into a box.When I pointed out that the icing was still completely ruined, she refused to take accountability. She blamed me for the issue, stating I should have eaten them before leaving and claiming that putting them in a car causes the icing to melt. This is entirely inaccurate, as professional establishments routinely utilize boxes to protect their baked goods during transport.Between the lack of cleanliness inside the shop, the unhygienic food handling, and the combative attitude of the employee, I will not be returning.
