They scheduled an appointment for 10am when they open, an unknown gentleman (WHO REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME) was not there. LUNA, who also strolled in LATE, the "finger printer" had no idea how to use the LiveScan software. The office had NO GLOVES, NO SANITARY PADS. I was told that I would get an email with my TCN number - REQUIRED in order to schedule testing. NO EMAIL CAME. I called multiple times to try to get the status of if the prints were even sent. I could not get a response. I had to call the criminal history # to get confirmation. I am STILL waiting on an email with TCN #. I am so flabbergasted at the way they do business. Luna hung up the phone on me after I got very frustrated with her. The unknown gentleman told me to report them to the BBB, which I will do because they do not deserve to be in business. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED, if the email they said they would send .. was sent. It's really sad. Waste of everyone's energy ... CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION FOR YOUR PRINTS. The only nice person was the young lady at the front desk, the only one with proper manners. I didn't get her name, sadly.
