They have everything from weights to a pool, the pool is always staffed for safety, the front desk always has someone to help, they have a marathon coach and program, they offer walk throughs, and will help you with any machine you're curious about! Some areas look renovated, but over all the locker rooms, showers, pool area, and general over view is that it hasn't been updated since I visited in 1997 (or before) with my bff and her dad when I was 14.

The reasons why this fits me is as follows. 24 hour access is a big plus for my schedule and the staffed hours are better than most facilities. This location offers classes along with state of the art cardio, weights, and full size basketball court. There are 15 locations around Sioux Falls. While this location doesn't have a pool others do. This means a lot of options wherever you live. Membership costs a little below average depending on your needs. What I really enjoy is that from what I've seen so far there are just regular people here. At some spots you feel out of place and you can just tell it doesn't work. Personally I'll take a little smaller space and feel comfortable than have a massive space where if I don't make loud grunts I don't belong. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed, very nice workout facility.

They have a body comp machine that you can access for free with purchase of a package or another deal which is a cool perk. I've done the DriTri (really fun but challenging workout whey they have vendors, prizes and lots of cheering). They do it once a year along with other fun events but it's very welcoming and you don't have to be a member to enroll. You can pay a separate fee to join and get a shirt and medal. Another challenge I've had fun with was the 8 week transformation challenge and you have to go 4x a week at least and they have a board to track your progress with stickers. They do charge if you are a no show so I would just not book if you're not 100% sure. I've never been on a full class so there's most always a spot. It's also nice to not be locked out if your just a few minutes behind so there's always someone at the desk and you can jump in if you miss the start of warmups. The coaches are all friendly and welcoming. My favorite is Kelley! She dances and has great energy as your sweating out the workout. I would recommend a class for sure, try it out and see if it's your vibe. They do good deals sometimes like $5 for 5 classes and others intermittently.

You can rent spin shoes if you don't have your own or buy a pair through them. There's a nice retail selection of sticky socks (that you'll need for body), workout pants, and tops. This is an absolute amazing facility for Harrisburg as part of the Great life family. I've been a…read moremember for many years and am ecstatic to have a location so close. The space is large with plenty of space for both weights and cardio. There is also a large turf pace. The equipment is state of the art and I really like the automatic rep and timer on the machines. I also enjoy the two different spots of weights and how much room there is in between the cardio and weight machines. The locker rooms are slightly smaller then other locations, but they are set up very nice. There is a sauna by 3 degrees which is fantastic. Something new is the recovery room which I was able to try. I believe there is an extra cost above the membership. I highly recommend the location!
