Let me start off by saying that I haven't been to the actual Tryon Mountain Farms but I have tried their simple syrups, and I'm obsessed with them. I picked a lavender hibiscus and blueberry prickly pear syrups when they had a stand at Front Porch Sunday market in Charlotte NC. I went through those bottles so fast! I immediately placed an online order as I didn't want to wait for the next market, in case they sold out. Both are seasonal flavors. So that should tell you everything you need to know.
