I usually shop here to purchase my body oil; however, I will never step one foot in this store again due to the demonic, nasty, and rude behavior that was displayed by one of the employees. It was a black woman who had a scary smile, she was working Christmas Eve during the evening time. She didn't want to help me at all, and had a wicked energy to her that does not need to be in a customer service role. Love the oil bar selections! The employees seem awkward and uninterested in making a sale. Thankfully I knew exactly what I wanted, so I was in/out in 5-minutes. I purchased the large bottle of EROS (blue tinted oil and smells so good). Highly recommended. No paper to print the receipt, but that's fine...email it is. Support our local businesses!! So unfortunately I checked the BBB reviews for this company's online ordering reviews too late, it's terrible. They sell a great product but if you order from them online beware! This is my 3rd order from this company and all 3 times I've had to send an email to remind them that I've placed an order. So after sending the email they created a label and my order has been sitting in this status since. I emailed for a refund, no response no, no movement to my order status. So I decided to look up their reviews, sadly this is a recurring theme. Even more sad is that the product is awesome! The customer service is awful. I love to try to support small businesses, but service is paramount. To see that others have had the same experience I can see why they have not thrived online. Perhaps they should shut down their online presence because apparently they don't send your product nor do they refund your money. The theme was clear I only wished I had checked their reviews sooner because now I'm out of my money and no product to show for my ṭroubles either. read more
