Someone really needs to do a study on their marketing but for now, I'm just going to burn my lil candles. All B&BW stores are essentially the same on the visual level. I love that! You can always know what to expect, the stores are usually very organized, clean and just visually appealing. When I stepped into this Toco Hills location I saw that this store was the same as others I'd been in. When I visited, there were only 2 other guests in the store as well as employees. The employees were nice but a little standoffish which I'm so not used to. Luckily I knew what I was looking for and didn't have any questions, it was a pretty simple trip this time. With their great reward deals, sales and consistency in their brand, Bath & Body Works has definitely reminded me of why I've been a fan for so long.

If they don't have the product they will let you know and try to assist you on finding it elsewhere. No one is badgering you to purchase something you don't want and if you tell them what you want to use it for they can give you some suggestions if you are open to the advice. They have whatever I need and their prices are not sky high for every little thing. Some beauty supply stores are too big and overwhelming. For me this one is just right.
