Absolutely worst salon in White Oak! Owner talks about her staff negatively to her clients. I showed the technician two styles I really liked, she said she could do one of the styles on my nails. While working on my nails the owner "her mom" pulled her away to work on two other customers at the same time which had me there well over an hour. The technician didn't even come close to the style she said she could do. A cats eye with a French tip. The owner truly has poor management skills, instead of handling the situation to make it right all she was worried about was getting her payment preferably in cash not card. Especially witnessing her speak badly about others nor properly step up and make a bad situation correct I would not ever recommend this place. read more

I've been here on 2 occasions and would highly recommend. The first service I received here I cannot stop talking about, and it's what brought me back. I got a walk in apt gel pedi. The gentleman who did my service was extremely kind and went above and beyond. I had a previous bike accident and my one leg was still very bruised and swollen. This gentleman took extra time to help massage my leg so it would heal better and taught me some exercises and massages do at home for further healing. I was actually able to walk better on my leg the next morning, it was amazing! My pedi also looked good, lasted long, and price was reasonable, I believe he only charged me $40. I went back recently for a gel mani/pedi. The girl seemed to be newer, but did an excellent job. The total was $80 for both. Both times I was able to get a walk in appointment. read more

One of the best salons I've been in! I live in Vegas and struggle to find a good salon here that will do what my nail girl at home does. I also only have one hand and after another salon refused to do my nails for half price Kim welcomes by business did exactly what I asked and charged a completely reasonable amount! I would come back here every time I am in town and I would recommend her to anyone! She was also friendly and spoke to me the entire time. The employees are nice people and they strongly persuade you with a glass of wine to go along with your mani... That's about the only thing they have going for them, though. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place. When I pointed out that one of my nails was uneven, she told me it was because of the buffing and then attempted to fix it by filing my nail so short that the skin broke under my nail. I was actually in pain from this and it started bleeding slightly. They just did a crap job on my nails altogether. I was also charged $40 for a mani & pedi with NO POLISH on either. The girl (owner's daughter- who was super nice) cut my nails without asking how short or long I would like them. Each nail was uneven from the other and I was appalled when the wine ran off and I realize I had just been majorly jipped. The hot towel they used after my pedi was so hot I think I had first degree burns on my legs (and I usually love a hot towel). The water temp was good but I kept getting the inkling the whole time that the girl doing my nails wasn't even licensed. She told me her life story and was super personable... But it was borderline TMI- especially when I left the place thinking maybe she could have done a better job on my nails if she was paying more attention to them. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Two separate techs worked on my toes. One did the massage and attempted to cut my nails down. They used the dremel and burned my toes numerous times. My nails are cut and filed crooked. The woman that painted my nails used her bare hands and got paint all around my actual toes and you can see through the polish on each nail. The light used for gel polish was turning on and off while my toes were under it and the tech said the light was "dying." The tech had to go back and clip polish off of my skin around my toes and didn't even get it all. A third tech (possibly the owner) asked to take two minutes to fix my toes and I told her no as I didn't want three separate techs working on my toes. She said the woman who painted my nails was "new." I definitely would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I went in for a gel full set last week and I will never go back. Three of my nails popped off the next day and when I went back to get them fixed I was argued with. Kim kept telling me that my nails needed a fill after a week because I have small nail beds. I have had my nails done hundreds of times and this has never been said to me. I told her my nails last normally 3 weeks and she said that I need to come in for a fill every week. Then I told her I wanted them fixed and redone and she tried charging me $20 after I had already paid $60 for a full set last week. When she finally fixed them (only the 3) she took off all the paint on the others and just painted a different color. When she did this she painted over my real nail because my acrylics were grown out. They look horrible. Anytime I have gone there they never do what I ask. They always try to add something to my nails and they never turn out, yet I have gone back so many times. Yesterday will be my last! read more

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Got our nails done and they look terrible. The fill did not go all the way back, and when they polished them, you can see exactly where it ends.Not even 20 mins of leaving, it was already chipping. It Just all around terrible. read more
