I met up with my best girlfriend and she asked why I had hair on my forehead... And I laughed and said, my love, those are blackheads! So I knew I had a problem, and I wanted to support a local business that would help me find the resolution for that problem. That is how I came across Chen's Skincare and Spa! I loved that I was able to book an appointment online through their website which was clean and easily navigable. They only took one person per hour in the spa which was comforting giving that we are living in times of plague and pestilence. I was texted to confirm and showed up the next day, a babe in the woods, ready for my first facial/microderm treatment! My technician was Hersy and she was very polite and very understanding! She made me feel welcomed after I revealed that this was new for me as a guy who admittedly didn't know as much about skincare as perhaps I should have known! She explained everything she was doing, what the effects were, and she even made suggestions on how I could better take care of my skin. I liked them enough that I took my son (second visit). I suffer from cysts and have a pretty ugly one on my neck. No ONE has treated it correctly and the PA Juliana took one look and said this needs surgery and referred me to Yonkers office. No coritisone shots or other BS as other doctors and P.A.'s have done. I would definitely give a 5 star if it were not for the wait time.
