That being said, they were extremely attentive and made sure all issues were resolved, I am back to seeing Carmen and couldn't be happier!! ---------------- I love Gentle Touch and for a few months have been coming in to see Carmen. As of recent though, they hired a new tech and shifted the schedules around, so when I came in to my regular apt. with Carmen, she was not there and a new girl was there. Now, if I had known in advance (when they called to confirm my apt) I would have rescheduled to see my regular tech. Lasering is a delicate procedure, and to be honest I am not comfortable with just any tech especially when I am a regular with a specific person. Although the new tech wasn't bad, she was very pushy about buying more sessions and recommending I do areas which I have 0 interest in doing. This was a pretty big turn off for me, and I hope that when the girls call to verify the apt. they let me know that my usual tech. will not be in at that time with an option to reschedule. Otherwise, the machine they use is top notch, facilities are clean, and the staff is super friendly! (minus the pushy new tech aka sales rep.)

The staff is very nice & attentive, they have convenient times for appointments & the appointments don't typically last a long time a few minutes, since it's laser u don't really need to be there long. I met up with my best girlfriend and she asked why I had hair on my forehead... And I laughed and said, my love, those are blackheads! So I knew I had a problem, and I wanted to support a local business that would help me find the resolution for that problem. That is how I came across Chen's Skincare and Spa! I loved that I was able to book an appointment online through their website which was clean and easily navigable. They only took one person per hour in the spa which was comforting giving that we are living in times of plague and pestilence. I was texted to confirm and showed up the next day, a babe in the woods, ready for my first facial/microderm treatment! My technician was Hersy and she was very polite and very understanding! She made me feel welcomed after I revealed that this was new for me as a guy who admittedly didn't know as much about skincare as perhaps I should have known! She explained everything she was doing, what the effects were, and she even made suggestions on how I could better take care of my skin. I felt very relaxed, there was soothing music playing and aromatherapy in the air. The office was clean, the staff was welcoming, I enjoyed the treatment services and would recommend her everyone.
