They started boarding at exactly the time they were supposed to, closed the door timely, and took off on time too. I would definitely fly into/out of here again.

As I still needed a truck for the second day of my trip, I called back to roadside assistance to get another replacement closer to my second destination. They confirmed that a replacement wpuld be available. However, again, the next store had not been informed that I was coming. Luckily, they had a truck in the shop which was ready for pick up. Overall, better internal communication is needed to effectively work as a company and successfully service your customers.
