Although, this machine didn't provide any plasticware, which I thought was odd, so I had to find my way over to a quick service counter and ask. Even our little Louisville airport provides plasticware with their vending machine food. Not my favorite airport, but it got the job done.

The staff at the desk were friendly and efficient and printed us up a sheet and sent us on our way with a description of the car and the general area it would be. The garage is attached to the airport, which is a huge plus for both pick up and drop off. However we stepped out into the garage and were immediately blasted with cold air- it's winter that's expected. We wandered over the where we were told the car would be and after walking back and forth a few times went to the people at the window in the garage who informed us it was still being cleaned and that we could wait inside until we saw them pull up (it would have been great to have the heads up before wandering in the cold). We headed back inside and within five minutes the car had been pulled up and they were nice to leave the heat on and pop the trunk for us. The inside was nice and clean but the outside was covered in rocksalt from being out in the snow- this wasn't a problem but it does make it harder to check for scratches or defects before taking the car off the lot. We loaded up and headed to the exit where we saw an automatic check out scanner and a booth with no one inside. We looked at our paperwork trying to find a QR code or something to scan but our paperwork didn't have anything like that. My husband jumped out of the car and headed back to the garage booth to see what we were doing wrong. He learned that the person in the booth might have gone to use the facilities and should be back soon and we continued to wait. Eventually the staff member who talked to my husband came over to help us since the other person was taking a while. None of this was terrible, but it would have been nice to know that the QR scanner wasn't active and have a "Back in 10 minutes" sign up on the exit booth. At that point you're stuck between two of the tire strips so you're really forced to just wait. Once we were out it was smooth sailing and the return was as easy as pulling up and leaving the keys. We may have caught them on a bad day, overall not a bad experience but not an amazing one.

I called roadside assistance, who arranged for a tow and a replace vehicle. However, the store, where I was instructed to get the replacement, had not been informed that I was coming. Additionally, they did not have a truck, which I needed for my business trip. While I was provided a vehicle, I was unable to get to the job site on time for the first day of my trip. As I still needed a truck for the second day of my trip, I called back to roadside assistance to get another replacement closer to my second destination. They confirmed that a replacement wpuld be available. However, again, the next store had not been informed that I was coming. Luckily, they had a truck in the shop which was ready for pick up. Overall, better internal communication is needed to effectively work as a company and successfully service your customers.

The…read moreagent at the counter was rude and dismissive to my elderly parents, who were simply trying to pick up a vehicle. What made the situation even worse was that the agent insisted there were no cars available, which turned out to be untrue. Being treated poorly is bad enough. Being treated poorly while being given misleading information is completely unacceptable. Customer service should be built on professionalism, honesty, and respect, especially when dealing with elderly customers. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise and will think twice before using them again.

I have read a lot of reviews for Frontier written by fools. If you are a fool, read those other…read morereviews. If you are not a fool, then stay, and I will tell you the REAL DEAL. Frontier tickets are cheap as hell, because they include NOTHING. Frontier doesn't try and hide that. In fact they totally shove it in your face. If you want anything, like a carry-on bag, you have to pay extra. If you want food, you have to pay. If you want a snack, you have to pay. If you want to change your flight, you have to pay. If you want to have an agent print your boarding pass at ticketing like it's 1990, you have to pay. So if you know what you're doing, and don't want a ton of extra stuff, this is great! I flew round-trip across the country for $160, because I didn't need a carry-on or to feed my fat face during the flight. I just needed to get from A to B. Apparently they've got a good safety and maintenance record, and the aircraft were modern and clean, but again, no frills. No video system or any of that stuff. No chargers. Just a jet that takes you from one city to another. The people who give this airline one star show up with a bunch of crap they didn't pay for, and then get upset about having to pay. And then they get upset because the employees don't want to give them things for free, and they call that poor service. I saw it happen twice while I was waiting for my jet to board. If you want awesome service, go pay Delta $900 instead and they'll let you have a carry on for "free", and they'll even give you a couple Biscoff cookies and a sprite and you can feel like the king of your little cylinder of recycled air. One more thing, and it's why I gave them four stars instead of five: because they are a smaller airline, if something goes wrong, you don't have a lot of options. They're not going to have another flight in two hours. You're going to just be screwed. So take that into consideration if you are on a critical schedule.

Good salad bar, a couple of sandwich options, and some warmer options. The coffee machine did make espresso, latte, or cappuccino but it was still machine quality.
