This HOTEL has a nice big lobby with multiple sections like the business section that has a whole tv and couch and computers and it's sectioned off as well as the bar area and extra seating areas just for the lobby guests! I'm here just waiting on my flight in a few hours charging my phone and I got a rental car! My tired! Just chilling here for a while! I recommend! Clean! Updated! Modern!

This room is due for a refresh. Furniture is beat up and the couch is filthy dirty. The bathroom has broken tile, the sink is scratched up, and the shower wall glass could use a good cleaning. There is no microwave. At least there is a restaurant on site and the food is decent. Looks like I'll be switching hotels on my next work trip. This room sure isn't worth the $20 per night upgrade they charged me. I'd hate to see the other rooms.

Ah man. I needed to rest for a few hours before an early flight out of CVG. I got in at around 10:30 and went to bed pretty much immediately. I woke up at midnight because my entire body was itching. I turned on the lights and there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE!! Robin at the front desk was AMAZING. She got me a new room and comped me for the stay and gave me trash bags to put my stuff in. If it wasn't for her, this would be a one star review. I am truly traumatized and will get zero sleep before a really long day of travel. I would say skip this hotel.

Well, wasn't going to do this but the hotel has not even offered a direct apology. Let's start with, I picked a room on the app - checked in early because we would be getting in very late. My key was never delivered mobile because...they gave the room away. I wasn't told this. I arrived around 1am. Went to the desk, waited a painfully long time to be given keys to the room. I give the keys to my family so I could go park far away from the hotel because the up front parking is so poor. My wife calls to tell me there is only one bed and a pullout couch. I go to the front because I picked a room with two beds. I was told... they cannot guarantee room type. Even though I picked the actual room number in the app. No apology offered and I wasn't even told the room only had one bed. The room didn't have linens so I went to ask for them. Very annoyed and pissy employees went to get some for me, they do and I go back to the room to find out they have me dirty sheets. I could keep going but I'm more angry every time I think about this hotel. The room was gross. Pics attached. This is a garbage hotel staffed by employees who couldn't care less about your stay. I complained to Hilton corporate and didn't even get a direct apology from the hotel branch. Look at my profile, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. This was a horrendous stay and almost ruined our trip.

The clothes closet was full of dust

Hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and an update. Room was gross. Checked out immediately after seeing the room. I'm giving this a 1 star review because there isn't the option to leave zero stars.

Good clean hotel at the airport. I wasn't expecting much but the fitness center, room and bar/food was excellent. Leslie was a great bartender and recommended the chicken malaise with side salad. All was excellent. Would stay again if I had too. .

Bang for your buck: 8/10 Quality: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance/Location: 9/10 Overall: 10/10 Great hotel! Clean and affordable. No frills, but perfect for a short stay. A restaurant, bar, and market available. Plus, as always, those yummy warm chocolate chip cookies are available upon check in.

Right next to my room. Very loud fan...must have had flooding in the room. If that's the case - why not block out rooms nearby???

I'm a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at several DoubleTree hotels. I used to have my visiting friends stay at this particular hotel since it was close to home. I recently stayed here myself and was shocked at how bad the bathroom was in my room as well as the LOUD fan in the hallway. I will never suggest this specific hotel to anyone.

I'm very surprised at this Hilton owned hotel. No coffee, no breakfast, no microwave, no concern and definitely no return! Shameless too.

If I could, this would have been a 2.5 star rating…read more The good: The location was great, whether you are flying out of the airport or simply exploring Cincinnati across the river. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good as well (served until 10). Tasty sausage and waffle machine options, as well as biscuits and gravy and the basic continental breakfast options. The indoor pool looked inviting and we appreciated the free and ample parking. Another nice touch was the drinking fountain with the filtered water bottle fill up. The price was great for the location and what was included. We appreciated that our family of five could get one room that fit all of us. The bad: my kiddos wanted me to add the empty "free check-in desk cookie container" here. More pressing/vital issues than the cookies-The inside needed some help with humidity, as the smell was immediately extremely musty and air felt damp. In the room, all of the sheets and towels felt moist to the touch. Our room needed many items replaced, including a beat up lamp shade with stains and dents galore, a remote that didn't allow down button to work, and TV near couch not working at all. Most importantly (and unfortunate), the pullout couch was completely broken. My husband and son couldn't figure out why it wouldn't unfold until we saw that the entire bottom leg was broken off and the frame held together by a phone cord of some kind. We had to put the stained and torn mattress on the floor for our son to sleep on. There was also no bedding for the pullout in our room and we had to go down and get it, which isn't ideal after a long day out and about. If we hadn't already unpacked and had our younger children asleep in the other room, we would have requested a new room.

I don't get on my hands and knees like other people seem to do so idk if there was anything under the beds. Didn't use the microwave but the fridge did work. Coffee pot worked also. Sink and toilet were clean and worked good. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that. TVs seem old but didn't watch tv so didn't care. The pool was extremely loud and overcrowded. Sign said no more than 15 in the pool and there was at least 25 people in there. No chairs to sit in except maybe 6 and they were all being monopolized by the same loud people our entire stay. Water was freezing. The breakfast was just so so compared to other hotels I've stayed at. All , and I mean all the tables were dirty. Some woman was taking all the sausages and tried to justify to me why she was doing so. Went to eat biscuits and gravy and the biscuit was like a hockey puck. Creepy weird tweaking and twitching guy by elevator didn't feel safe going on there alone with my teen daughter. Also some guys kept lingering in the hall by our room. Doesn't seem safe for women traveling alone. Didn't see any bedbugs or ants or anything kind of bugs so not sure why other people said they did. There are no gas stations or restaurants nearby but if you drive 15 minutes away you can find some. I guess there is a restaurant in the Marriott but didn't try it. Overall the room and front desk staff were great but the pool needs to be monitored, breakfast needs to be a little better and a little cleaner. Also making sure random dudes aren't lingering all over the floors might be a good idea also.

Its location is convenient to the Cincinnati airport (which is actually in Northern Kentucky), the Florence, KY mall area, I-75/I-71, numerous restaurants and other businesses. The lobby area, which is bathed in bright natural light, offers complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also, on that same level is the fitness room and pool. I was a little disappointed that there was no bar/restaurant, then I realized that this caliber of hotel usually only has a store (market) and not a restaurant. So, my disappointment subsided and I focused on what the hotel did offer. The room was really nice and was laid out very well. It had a kitchenette that contained a microwave, a small refrigerator and of course, a coffee maker that could also be used to make tea. The desk area was nicely partitioned from the sleep area by a floor-to-ceiling hutch. In this way, someone could work at the desk with the light on and not disturb anyone sleeping in the bed. The toilet and shower were separated and in different rooms. The compact room with the toilet had a very small sink, large corner mirror and space for a towel rack. The larger room with the sizeable (two-person) shower had dual sinks, a huge, back-lit mirror, outlets galore and floor space grand enough for one person to comfortably do yoga. The lights in the main room and washrooms were dimmable, which was a really nice feature. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. It contained all the staples both hot and cold. I had a very enjoyable stay and would choose this hotel again.

We checked into our room around 11 PM, and received great customer service from Bridget. Our room was clean, and this was a decent place to stay before our early flight the next morning. You just can't beat the location - it's less than 10 minutes to the main airport terminal. The main reason we selected this hotel was their "Park Here, Fly There" program. For less than $200, we spent the night before our flight, and then registered our car and left it parked for up to seven days at the hotel. After the room rate, the parking comes out to around $10/day, which is so much cheaper than many of the other options nearby. They even have a FREE shuttle to the airport that leaves every 30 minutes. It operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and I can confirm that because we used this service on Christmas morning! The shuttle will even pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the hotel when you land on your return flight - though we ended up just taking an Uber because we didn't want to wait in the cold. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay before a flight with ample and inexpensive parking! We'd definitely book this package again the next time we fly out of CVG.
